This is the place to stay and enjoy all Jamaica has to offer. Nikita was incredible, Javon chef skills are second to none. Ceejay our driver was safe with his driving. Our stay was 1st class.

Everything was amazing! We loved everything from the food, to the service, and the home itself. I cannot think of a better way to spend a vacation.The entire staff was amazing but I would be remissed if I did not recognize Nikki. She is a treasure and provided exceptional service to all. Only issue we encountered was the barking dogs overnight from the neighboring home.We are already looking forward to returning next year!

The staff makes the place. Everyone was great everyone was punctual organized and on time. They eased my mind with it came to where to eat what were doing. I would come to jamaica again just to sit at this house and not do nothing else. Shoutout to deli our driver he was great, great energy great guy made sure no one would over charge us. Nikita was great she made sure everything was good. And the chef had the best food in jamaica. I didnt need to try no food because his food was the best food to have. Made sure my clothes were washed before leaving the to the airport. Top service 100% book this place you wont regret your decision

Our group of ten had a wonderful time! This property has everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The staff is wonderful and there for all your needs! We stopped at the grocery store on our way to the house and stocked up on beverages and snack for our time there. The chef treated us to amazing breakfasts and dinners each day while we explored several different beaches during the afternoons. The only discrepancy in the listing is that there really is nothing within walking distance of this house. It was never a problem since we had a driver but we had to be a bit more organized in our movements. I would also plan on a lotting for than the suggested 15% tip . The staff is worth more!

We would definitely go back!

Overall this was a great place to stay! The staff for the most part were very friendly! The place is well kept and very clean. The transportation was a big plus for us!

Wonderful weekend

Our stay for a friends bachelorette was so wonderful at Rosehall! From the location to the best staff, we all had a great time and didn’t want to leave!! We will be back :)

Awesome Summer Vacation

The property exceed my expectation but most importantly the staff was awesome!!!!!! The pool was prefect. Rooms were spacious and cleaned daily. Staff was pleasant and professional. The chief food was very good. Would definitely come back.

OMG The best Family vacation ever !!!

We rated this property a 5 star as it is actual a +5 star . However what makes this property a +5 property is the people that work there . Congrats to the person that hired them BUT more importantly thank you house team ! we will never forget this great vacation

Wedding Stay and mini holiday

Stayed here with the family in the run up to our wedding in Mo Bay. The whole experience was amazing from start to finish, the team led by Nikki couldn’t have made our stay any better. They made this our holiday we have needed for yours. I couldn’t recommend staying here enough. The Villa is stunning and so close but far enough away from the centre. Peace and tranquility with amazing vibes! Thank you!

Awesome Stay

This was my first time in Jamaica and I wouldn't have done it any other way. The staff at Paradise plum was awesome and the house was just the right size for our group. If you have the opportunity to stay 7 days, its worth it that way you have a driver, chef and house assistant. They helped us plan excursions, and was was very accommodating even the unexpected ones to a hospital. It might not be until next year or the year after that before I return, but will definitely stay here again.

Family Reunion in Paradise

Everything about the process was smooth as silk from start to finish. Excellent and clear communication with the booking manager, pre-arrival support was outstanding. They have thought of everything. The stay itself exceeded all expectations and our expectations were already high. The staff was second to none and added so much to the experience. Everyone in the group was made to feel welcome. Meals were authentic Jamaican as per our request and the excursions were top shelf. There is no doubt that we will be back and more than just once more.

Paradise Plum - A "Peace" of Paradise

The Owner was very informative and timely responsive to all inquiries prior to checking in. All of the staff from the butler, chef, driver, housekeeper and groundskeeper were very attentive, pleasant, professional and efficient. The property is exactly as pictured and described and very comfortable. We had 4 couples stay at the house and accommodations were more than adequate. We would definitely stay again and recommend Paradise Plum to our family and friends. Thank you.

50 SHADES OF GRAY

They staff are great Nikita, Shamar, Javon made the stay amazing. F.Y.I. When making your menu look up the prices of food you are asking the chef to prepare and also they only accept CASH for reimbursement. We had a great time and the view was amazing. Again the staff get ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Outstanding Villa and Staff

From our communications with John, the property manager, to our farewells with the staff our vacation at Paradise Plum exceeded expectations. It was our first family vacation in Jamaica and most certainly will not be our last at Paradise Plum. Through clear and responsive communications, John ensured that our needs were addressed. Upon our arrival and throughout our stay Nikita, Shavar, Javaan, Kenneisha, and Stewart extended their hospitality, kindness, attention to detail, quality, and support which made our experience so memorable! I highly recommend Paradise Plum and the extraordinary staff! We definitely plan to visit again!

Back home in Jamaica

Have been traveling to Jamaica since I was 5 years old. Parents had a condo there until last year. Needed to get back to unwind. Able to take myself, wife and our 2 adult sons. It was wonderful. Our days were spent relaxing, eating great food made by the chef, time on the beach and in the pool. Napping and playing cribbage. Watching F1 on TV. Banana Daiquiris before dinner. Rum and a cigar out on the pool deck in the evening. Great fun! Will be back.

Great property and staff

I came here with my family for a week long vacation. There were 10 of us and we are a handful. But the staff was excellent! We never wanted for anything. By the end of the trip the staff felt more like family. The meals weee great too. Javaan “put his foot” in every meal. I can honestly say his meals were better than the ones we had out. The house was always clean even when we made ourselves a late night snack and made a bit of a mess. I would highly recommend this property and when I come back I’ll definitely be staying here. Thank you again to all the staff.

Loved every minute

The house is beautiful, and so hard to leave the property! The pool, the food, the staff was fantastic. We even had a yoga instructor come on site a few days, arranged flawlessly. The driver, LaCells, was great-helped us with acivities and so convenient. Blue Hole was great, the luminescent night swim so fun, snorkling too. The beach is just ok, but a nice change of pace but dont waste a ton of time there. And did I mention Romaine's amazing meals, delish. Nakita is so sweet and keeps things nice a picked up. Don't hesitate, just beautiful.

Our vacation at Paradise Plum was totally amazing. The staff I must say were courteous and helped to make our trip a remarkable moment. I knew it would be a memorable moment from dealing with John and how easy he made it for the group. Communication was above standard and I can highly appreciate it during this time. The staff at Paradise Plum gave A services and was on point with everything from our stay. Nikita, Shevar, Tricihel, Javon and Mr, Stewart were very polite and make sure all our needs were met. I can truly recognized their manners and polite attitude toward us as visitor. Paradise Plum is definitely a paradise in Jamaica, the location and customer service by far should be rated 10 stars. WE LOVED IT, WE ENJOYED!!!!

Best Vacation EVER!

We were a group of 5 couples who are all in the same industry. We do this trip every year to refresh our souls and refuel our energy for work. This place did the trick. Everything we could have ever wanted in a destination was here. It all started with the amazing greeting from Ms. P (chef), Momma D (housekeeper), Derrick (butler) and Shavar (driver). The house itself was better than you see in the pictures and would have been great by itself.... but, the staff was amazing all week from the moment we arrived to the day we left. They put the experience over the top and felt like friends and family during the trip. The picturesque view from the house and pool was incredible. All 10 people on our trip gave this location a 10 out of 10 rating on everything.... especially the food cooked by Ms. P! Our breakfast, lunch and dinners were very tasty and fit all our dietary needs. Don't look any further if Montego Bay is your destination.

Better than advertised property and awesome staff

Paradise Plum was better than advertised, a beautiful and functional property with bedrooms arranged around a two story, fully equipped common room opening onto outdoor dining, ocean view, infinity pool and lovely gardens. Rose Hall provided security and proximity to the resources of Montego Bay and interesting house tours. The staff were wonderful - Nikki adjusted to our relaxed approach to life, Javon is an excellent cook, Stewart (sp?) showed us around his gardens, Patricia kept us neat and tidy and forgave us for making our own beds, and Shavar the driver was an outstanding and very engaging guide - a real asset. We brought USD for end of trip tips but to reimburse for the food for two families with very hungry young adults. We wound up accompanying Nikki and Javon food shopping to use our credit cards. This (understandably) slightly alarmed them but we assured them that we meant no disrespect to their roles and would not use our involvement as a reason to not tip generously. We had the good fortune of excellent weather until the last day, and the construction of a new house nearby only became a nuisance in the last few days when an automated hammer started up. We had a great time.
