Beautiful house on Bay Tree Lake, 2100sf with 4BR/3BA (including Bunkroom that sleeps 6.) House sleeps a total of 12. Your own Deck, Private Pier, and Boat House. Vaulted ceiling in Family Room, Kitchen with granite counters, SS Appliances, eat at bar and dining room table for 8. Master Bedroom Downstairs with King bed, master bath with standing tile shower and garden tub. Laundry closet with w/d, 2 additional bedrooms downstairs, One bedroom has a Queen bed, another bedroom has 1 Full bed with on suite bathroom. Family Room has sleeper sofa and Bunkroom sleeps 6. TV in family room. WIFI connected to all (3) smart TVs. Huge deck, charcoal grill under covered porch, and patio seating. Sheets and towels provided- can bring own. Front porch with rocking chairs. Pier leads to Boat House with deck and (2) kayaks and (2) SUPs at property for use. As a Rental Guest you are 1 house down from the Basketball Court, Tennis Court, Volleyball Net , Playground, and Beach Cabana with a sandy beach. Groceries, shopping and restaurants are 10-20 minutes away. Day trips to the beach- Carolina Beach and Sunset Beach are less than 60 minutes away and Myrtle Beach is about 1 1/2 hours away. *Ring system at front door.

Our family had the most amazing time! There were 9 of us. So much room for everyone. The boat dock was so so nice. We all sat out there late looking at the stars and listening to the sounds of the lake. The home had everything we needed for our stay. We would love to stay again in the future.

Great long weekend stay! A clean house, easy check-in and a wonderful host made this trip even better. We were in town for the White Lake triathlons and were not familiar with the area but this was the perfect place for our group. The house is close to White Lake (triathlon start) and directly on Bay Tree Lake. The garage has some water toys to play with. Although it was a little cold for water activities during our stay the dock provided a perfect place to relax. It would be fun to return when it's warmer and have some fun in the lake!

Family time

We enjoyed a great 3 day trip, with grandparents, children, and grandchildren. Enjoyable place and stay with fun things for all. Alaina is very responsive to anything you need.

Great Vacation

The house had plenty of room for a family of 6 plus grandparents. We enjoyed the lake, pier, nearby tennis courts and kayaks available at the property.

Nice weekend stay. Everything you could need. Even though host was on her own trip, she made everything from check to stay easy. We will be back.

Peaceful!!

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The kids enjoyed the kayaks and SUP on the lake. The house was clean, and the hosts communicated well and timely.

The lakefront cottage was peaceful and lovely. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The only difficulty was having only 1 gate key, since we were in 4 separate cars. We would definitely return!

Excellent lake get away

Our family really enjoyed the quiet lake home. The water was not too deep for the kids to play and fun without worrying too much about them getting hurt. The home included everything we needed.

Everything was wonderful

Vacation with grandchildren...perfect home for kids and family that came for the day. Felt like we had the lake to ourselves. Home was very comfortable and had everything we needed and more. Owner responded immediately to any questions we had...will visit again.

This is our second summer staying at this home. I LOVE how easy Aliena is to communicate with and how willing she is to address any and all concerns. We couldn’t ask for better owners! The home is clean and beautiful. The neighborhood is quiet and everyone we ran into was so nice. Definitely a family oriented community. We rented a golf cart again and enjoyed our early morning and evening rides around the neighborhood. There are a lot of off road trails too! We saw a few people riding four wheelers. The lake itself is so beautiful. Shallow water so perfect for kids. Last year, it was up to my chest (I am 5’7”), this year it was to my waist. Sandy bottom and clear water. We will be returning.

Great stay!

This was the perfect end of summer get away. The house had everything we needed for our couple day stay. We brought our own paddle boards, but there was plenty of also plenty of outdoor equipment. I was very worried about a tropical storm that hit a day or two before our stay, but the host was great at communicating conditions and being understanding of our unknown arrival times. The lake and views are fantastic!

Simple,lake front environment. Close to white lake . Quiet. Convenient for our families wedding weekend full of togetherness. Golf carts made it even easier.

Wonderful

We are so happy to have been able to vacation in this home! The pictures don’t do it justice.. the home and property is beautiful. We played in the water all week and it felt like we had the lake to ourselves. It’s a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The pier that belongs to the property is so enjoyable.. 2 swings, a picnic table, a long bench, hammock and lounge chairs. You couldn’t ask for a better vacation!
