Beautiful Remodeled House on the water, 2800sf with 3BR/4BA, sleeps 12 in a gated community. Rec Room with Pool Table, 4 SeaterTable for cards and games, full bath, and futon with 2 huge windows overlooking the canal. Kitchen with granite counters, SS Appliances and eat at bar and dining room. Master Bedroom Downstairs with queen bed, New Master Bath with tile shower and garden tub, Laundry Room with w/d and another full bath, 2 sitting rooms, one has a fireplace and a sofa bed, the other has built in bookcases. 2 Bedrooms and full bath upstairs, One bedroom has 2 queen beds, another bedroom has 2 full beds. TV's in one sitting room and in all the bedrooms, ceiling fans in all bedrooms, family room, sun room and rec room. Huge deck with 2 tables and umbrellas, gas grill provided, screened porch and brick paver patio. Sheets and towels provided. Brick paver walkway to the Boat Dock with 6 Adirondack chairs. Bring your boat, jet skis, and your golf cart. As a guest you will enjoy Basketball Court, Tennis Court, Volleyball net, Walking Trails, Bike Trails, Playground, Beach Club and Cabana with large sandy beach. Groceries, shopping and restaurants nearby. Take a day trip to the beach, Carolina and Wrightsville beach less than an hour, Myrtle beach is about 90 minutes. White Lake Waterpark is 10 minutes down the road, White Lake has an arcade and rides in the summer and ice cream!

The host was very pleasant to work with. The property was clean and very comfortable especially for a large group. It made for nice social interaction since the main area was very open.

Everything was wonderful at this beautiful and spacious home. Having the paddle boards, bikes, and game room was a big plus for the kids. Being able to go out on the private beach and lake was absolutely great for our family. Jackie was a great host with providing information and details for everything. We will go again in the future.

The house was beautiful and very comfortable. Communication with the host prior to our stay was quick and easy. She made sure we were fully informed of the check-in process, which was very easy and answered all of our questions. Any small issues that we had during our stay were addressed and taken care of quickly. We would definitely recommend this property to others and hope to stay there again ourselves!

Excellent experience for multi-generational family members. Able to have 99yo wheelchair bound great grandmother access ground floor bed/bath plus enclosed porch for outdoor enjoyment. Space adequately accommodated wheelchair everywhere on ground floor. Teens, parents and grandparents enjoyed watercraft and bikes. Wonderful and very safe gated community. Neighbors were kind and friendly waving and briefly chatting. Definitely would stay again!

I would highly recommend this house and host for a private, quite vacation with many activities available. Ms. Jackie has kayaks, paddleboards, peddle boat, bikes, pool table, cornhole, almost anything you can think of to do. The house is beautiful and can accommodate many with very comfortable beds - I slept on two (giving up the bottom floor for a two-night stay by my elderly aunt). Ms. Jackie was also very attentive to any concerns I had - specifically, my text about fire ants - she had an exterminator the very next day to rid of them (and it worked - never seen fire ants disappear that fast). This was a fantastic vacation and I will stay again! Thank you, Ms. Jackie!

Nice quiet place with spacious rooms. Wonderful place to take the family for a memory making vacation.

Kitchen was great and fully equipped. Towels and linens freshly washed and smelled great. House is fantastic and location good. Quick note - bring your own soap, shampoo, laundry detergent, etc. as there are none at the house. That said, we'll be back!

This bright & cheery house is loved by our family. The house was very clean at check-in, Loved having the sheets already on the beds & that towels are furnished. Rooms are all a good size. Kitchen is nicely stocked. Lots of recreational items available. Outside seating areas are furnished with a good number of chairs. Host was easily contacted & quick to respond.

Everything was great! This was one of my favorite places to bring our senior youth group for a long weekend getaway. The house was very clean, had lots of room and plenty of stuff to keep the kids entertained. It was a super hot weekend about 100 degrees and muggy. The AC does take a little bit to cool down the house once you arrive. However, if it wasn’t so hot outside then it would have cooled down quicker. We had a slight issue with the refrigerator beeping but nothing major and Jackie was quick to respond. If you love nature and enjoy being in a peaceful location then you should definitely stay here. You won’t be disappointed!

Weekend stay..

Really enjoyed our weekend stay! Place was clean and great outside space. We spent time on dock and screened in porch. Rode around Baytree area on the bikes and played some pool..

The property was very family friendly. All entertainment was as advertised. The kitchen was fully stocked as advertised. The rooms were clean. The host ( Jackie ) was excellent in her directions of entry and exiting of the property. Over all experience was very pleasant. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

awesome property

i will stay here again awesome communication and everything nothing left to say except awesomeOnly thing i would change is having a ladder on the end of the dock to get up instead of having to go to the end everytime.

Wedding weekend

I am looking forward to lots of fun filled trips here with my family and grandchildren.

We discovered this hidden treasure on our travels. A beautiful gated community on the lake and thought this would be a great place to come with our families and to share with others.

This is a fantastic open contemporary floor plan with lots of possibilities, will accomodate a lot of people. It has a circle driveway, 2 car garage with utility sink, we own 2 lots beside the house. There is a beautiful water view of the canal from the office, kitchen dining/sun room and the rec room. Have meals on the huge deck or screened porch. Sit on the deck at the boat dock and watch the breathtaking sunsets!! What a peaceful, gorgeous place to be!!
