Spacious comfortable condo with beautiful view of the stream below & mountains from the Master balcony. Parking was easy. Short walk to Peru lift for skiing. Owner was quick to respond to inquiries. We had a great stay.

Views were amazing! Close to the lifts and had everything needed to cook meals for a week.

2nd time staying at Kathy’s condo and it is wonderful. Walking distance to the Peru lift and to town, great community center with hot tub and pool, and for our two families of four it was perfect!!!

We had a lovely stay! What a nice location for our family. It's super close to the peru lift. The kids lessons was walking distance. We went night skiing and when we were done we took the lighted slope leading right to the condo.Thank you for the hospitality Kathy! My family and I loved it

The host amenities were well stocked. The decor was very appropriate for skiing. Loved all the pottery. Very close to lifts.

Great condo and location. We walked to slopes and lift! Quiet neighborhood. My daughters and wife loved the place. We cooked a few meals, kitchen was well equipped. I would highly recommend

Great Location, Nice Community Amenities, & Great Host

This is a great location in close proximity to Mountain House area and lifts and also located right on the bus stop that can take you to Mountain house or River Run quickly. We enjoyed the large hot tub after ski runs, as well as the indoor pool and sauna. The host was great to work with, and we highly recommend.

Colorado ski trip

Our family of 4 came for the week to ski. Location convenient to River Run and Mountain House. Kitchen well stocked and great dining and sitting area. Beautiful view of mountains. Great hot tub. Easy access to Peru lift. Would definitely stay here again.
