There is a queen-sized sleeper sofa. Additional sheets and blankets are in a closet. Just off the living area is access to the spacious private balcony that offers scenic treed views and a partial slope view. It also overlooks the shared pool and hot tub and there is a private grill for additional cooking options. There is a den off the living area with a flat screen TV and a twin-sized sleeper chair.

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The dining area comfortably seats six with two additional seats at the breakfast bar.
