This charming 4 bedroom home is located at 48 Pelican Bay within the exclusive resort community of Wild Dunes. The home is situated on a quiet, private cul-de-sac, just a short distance to the beach and private Pelican Bay community pool.
The first level contains a cozy living room with new furniture, the dining area, and kitchen. The kitchen and dining area were just expanded and fully renovated. It is an open and bright floor plan to enjoy the gorgeous decor. There is one bedroom with a full bed and full bath on the first floor. The bathroom is accessed from the hallway. There is also a large covered deck and screened porch, both accessed from the living room area.
The other three bedrooms, with varying bedding, are on the second floor, The master suite has a king bed with a large private bath. The additional two bedrooms, one with a king and one with a twin over full bunk bed and twin bed, share a bathroom accessed from the hallway. There is also a large open deck on this level. The decks upstairs and down are wonderful for entertaining and enjoying the great outdoors. 48 Pelican Bay is an elevated home which allows for parking and storage underneath.
**Please note absolutely no pets are allowed in this unit at any time. The resort does not allow short term rentals to allow pets. If a pet is found, it's possible you may be asked to vacate the premises.**
