Private Oasis Near Old Mesilla - Home with an In-Ground Pool!

Enjoy your private Oasis in this beautiful older 3 bedroom home in an established neighborhood, with an in-ground pool, and covered patio. Less than 1 mile from I-10 and 1 mile to Mesilla, New Mexico.
Walk around the Plaza, eat at La Posta, Josephine's, or Double Eagle. You will also be able to experience the local atmosphere while you browse at the farmer's market on the plaza. The home is also within walking distance to the Walmart SuperCenter, Applebees, Starbucks, Crackle Barrel, and much more.
This home was previously a vacation rental 11 years ago (hence why you will read old reviews) and I decided to turn it back into one. I recently remodeled the home and I just love the coziness and beachy feel it currently has. I want my tenants to feel like they are at a resort so the backyard is lush with greenery and flowers.

Heating the pool/hot tub cost is $25 startup fee plus $5/hr for as many hours as requested.

The rate is for 2 people, 3+ people staying is $20/night per person up to 6. If only 2 people are on the reservation the 3rd bedroom will be locked.

Graduation celebration

Property was awesome! We were in town for my son’s graduation. The house was a fantastic gathering spot. Kitchen was fully stocked. Beds were super comfortable. We had everything we needed and way more. Property manager was super helpful and responsive. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful outdoor space as vibrant as the photos show. Clean and comfortable with easy access to old town Mesilla. Very quiet neighbourhood. Enjoyed the stay very much.

We loved it just like the pictures the only thing that could’ve made it better was rails to get in and out of the pool. My son is already talking about wanting to go back! The best VRBO we’ve ever stayed at!

Beautiful Home

This home is perfect when I come to my hometown. It is close to family members and the pool is definitely wonderful. Celebrated my birthday with my siblings. Gave four stars on cleanliness, because I had to wash a lot of the dishes and found a dish towel in the garbage disposal and a plastic bottle top.

Had a Blast

A group of friends stayed here for a private event. The home was perfect, well stocked with everything we needed. The home was immaculate and perfect. the owners were so kind and always responsive. We will be back.

Nice house and back yard in a convenient location.

Great Stay

We really enjoyed the home. Very relaxing and nice location. The house is super clean and well-equipped with everything you may need. The Palm Trees everywhere are huge! We hope to go back again soon.

Great Stay!

Great house, had everything we needed to have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The pool was heaven on the hot days and the pool area had a good amount of seats and decorations to make it feel homey. Thank you for everything!

Home Away From Home for the Holidays

This was a nice place to stay while visiting our west coast children. Ample room with nice amenities gave us that home for the holidays feeling.
