This was a perfect stay for a family gathering. Plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms, and hanging out space, and everything clean, neat, and in good working order. Host was very easy to communicate with. We'll definitely be back!

Very nice and roomy place. There are plenty of bathrooms for a large family get together. The grill is a Blackstone, bot a bbq. Host was very quick to respond to any questions or concerns

We stayed here for our daughter’s softball tournament and even though we weren’t at the house much, it was absolutely perfect for what we needed. The location made travel to and from the fields super convenient, which was a huge plus during a busy weekend. The home was cozy, clean, and comfortable—exactly what you hope for after long days at the ballpark. We’d definitely stay here again!

The house was gorgeous and perfect for our almost week stay with our 3 teens. Each had their own bedroom and bathroom. The living room/kitchen area was comfortable and the temp was always comfortable. We want to come back next year. We loved it!

Fully equipped kitchen. Plenty of space ! Awesome place to have family gathering. Everyone can be together in kitchen and living room. Great outdoor area! Plenty of blankets and pillows. Great neighborhood . Family friendly. Great location. If we need a vrbo in las cruces, I want to stay here again. Quiet . Everyone had great sleep. Super cute decor . Felt very safe. Overall amazing !

My name is Patricia, I am originally from Las Cruces, New Mexico. I am a fairly new host and I am excited about the listing of my home. This home Holds a very special place in my heart. I hope to see that other families will enjoy it just as much as myself and my family did.

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

This neighborhood is located on the west side of the beautiful Las Cruces. Very close Historical Mesilla, Picacho Hills Gold Course, 10 minutes away from downtown Las Cruces. This neighborhood is quiet and friendly. There is a breathtaking view of the Oregon Mountains right from the front door. There is a canal located behind the home, and a walking distance path that leads to the Rio Grande. ( walking or bike riding)

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

Our property has neighbors on both sides however there are 6 foot rock walls on each side in the back. There are no neighbors behind the home. It’s open to a beautiful view you can enjoy from the backyard on the patio table and even grill if you’d like. All in which is provided.
As mentioned above from the front of the home, you get a clear view of the Oregon mountains. There are walking paths around the neighborhood also for a nice evening walk and a park in the area for children.
