For the Golfers & Family:
The "Pebble Beach of the East," Tidewater Plantation's golf course has been named among Golf Magazine's "Top 100 Places You Can Play in the United States" and ranked one of the "Top 75 Resorts in America" by Golf Digest, and after one round you will know why. Holes 3 and 12 are arguably the two prettiest par 3s in South Carolina. In addition to the inlet, Tidewater plays along the Intracoastal Water and offers a majestic view of the Atlantic Ocean from the 13th green. Additional amenities include walking distance to the Tidewater Clubhouse (5-10 minute walk), the large Community Pool with pool chairs and tables, kiddie pool, hot tub, a tennis facility, and walking trails within Tidewater's wooded and tranquil surroundings.

Our Villa:
Our 3rd story unit with elevator sits right above the 9th green with stunning views from living room and screened in porch. Gorgeous, unobstructed views of golf course and intracoastal waterway, this condo can comfortably sleep up to 6 guest with wifi and cable included. The master bedroom includes 1 queen bed with whirlpool master bathtub. The second bedroom includes two twin beds and a separate bathroom. Enjoy the open living space with a sleeper sofa and full kitchen. Relax on the spacious screened in patio, while enjoying the panoramic views in front of you. This condo is a great vacation spot for family, friends, golfers and beach goers. The short walk to the large community pool and clay tennis courts, and 7 minute drive to the beach makes you only minutes away while being able to come back to the peace and tranquility of Tidewater.

Wonderful host

We loved our stay. And what a wonderful view of the 9th and 18th greens. Beth was a wonderful host and responded quickly to all communications to ensure we had a great week. We would definitely stay again.

This is a beautiful condo. Very comfortable and clean. Has a fantastic view of the 9th hole. My kids enjoyed watching the golfers.

Wonderful Condo!

We had the privilege of staying in this beautiful condo this summer. We love this community, and this condo was definitely one of the nicest ones we’ve stayed in. Beth, the owner, was wonderful to work with and quickly fixed a little snag we had at the guard check. I highly recommend this condo!

Great stay

Very nice 3rd floor condo. As advertised and true to pictures. Clean, great location overlooking 9th green at Tidewater. Master bedroom sliding doors to patio great in am, faces east, nice sunrises. Host communicated well, would stay again. Thanks!

Great cozy condo the family and I loved it. Had fun watching the golfers on the deck and it was so quiet you could hear balls hitting on the greens. I’ll be telling my friends and whole family about this place.

Family vacay with teenagers

We made such great memories with our teenagers on this trip. This property was great, we arrived and the house was very clean and presentable. It was also well stocked for us with plenty of towels, pans, dishes, and silverware. I had packed trash bags, toilet paper, paper towel, dish soap, etc.. but didn’t need to, it was all there. I love when the hosts supply all of those things, it made our stay comfortable and easy! The views of the golf course were great, we loved sipping morning coffee on the screened in porch, it was very relaxing!

Peaceful Oasis

I love Tidewater Plantation, and this condo is lovely one! This is our second time staying there. The host is gracious and responsive. I hear back from her within moments of asking a question. All the things that you need for a wonderful vacation are here, and the community pool is lovely. We ate at the Clubhouse one evening when there was live music...so fun and delicious food!! My favorite part is the feeling of peace that descends as you enter Tidewater after a day on the beach. We've been staying at Tidewater since 2008, and I'm so happy to have found this condo!

HOME AWAY FROM HOME...

We had a great time during our visit. Property was clean and very comfortable. Location was great. Easy access to the beach and other areas. Once you were tired of the nightlife and busy days, you were able to return to the property for some peace and serenity. Great views of the golf course and friendly neighbors. Parking was convenient as well as the elevator. Kitchen waa well stocked with dishes and a few extras. Washer and dryer definitely came in handy during these hot and humid days. GREAT HOST. THANKS BETH. I would really recommend staying here...

Peaceful Haven

This is our third year in this condo, and I’m so thankful we were able to spend 2 weeks in this lovely condo and beautiful neighborhood. Towering pine trees and peaceful surroundings envelop you the moment you enter the community, and I always feel the stress slipping away. Tidewater Plantation is minutes from the beach as well as minutes from excellent dining, shopping, and more than enough mini golf spots to keep the family entertained in the evening. The condo is clean and filled with all you need for a week or more at the beach. This year, we added a trip to Brookgreen Gardens, and I highly recommend it as well. You cannot go wrong booking this condo. The property manager is responsive and a pleasure to work with.

Perfect for short stay

The spot is ideal for spending time in MB. 10 min from the beach by car, close from groceries. The condo is big enough for a family of 5 with two bedroom and 2 bathroom. The pool and the gym are nice. My only concern is the bed in the masteroom. The base is making noise and is about to disasemble. The materess seems very old so super incomfortable. Also the bed sheet are not adapted for the bed size. In addition, during our stay we cooked a lot but even if the are a lot of items in the kitchen all of them are very basic especially knifes. We would not be returning if those concerns are not improve. Thanks for the stay

Thank you for the review. As you will see with many other guest reviews, I am always available to discuss anything of concern individually with you if you had complaints during your stay. The master bedroom mattress is only 2 years old but we will certainly take a look at the bed frame itself along with the kitchen items.

Overlooks golf course

Check in was easy. The property was clean and well kept. Everything was in working order. The condo overlooked the golf course; it was fun to sit & watch the golfers. We ate at the clubhouse which was wonderful. I highly recommend this property.

Tidewater

The rental accommodated all our needs for an enjoyable stay. Access to the pool (which is large), sauna, tennis court, exercise room were all a plus. Golfing there is a big sport. My only comment is the furnishings in the living room and sofa on screened in porch could stand a cleaning. Otherwise, I would definitely recommend this rental for the privacy and security it provides. We Had a great stay.
