The house was an awesome place to stay. Super clean, spacious, in a good location. The hosts were super nice and easy to reach when needed. I would highly recommend this place. We will return!!

Very nice home. I went down to play golf for 3 days. The house was very cozy and I really enjoyed staying there. I will stay again. Thank you Marc and Liz. The house has everything that you will. One block away from Little River easy walk.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this great spot.Mark and Liz were helpful for when I had a question and very responsive. The place was bright and clean and very well equipped. We had everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay! We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Property is in a great location near the intercoastal. Featuring a very big great room and kitchen with huge granite island. Property is well stocked with everything you need and not missing anything. Property is very clean. Parking is easy and close to the apartment. Host is very responsive. Lots of modern features. After shopping and being on the beach, I could not wait to get back to relax on the large porch.

We couldn’t have asked for a better experience the location was incredible it’s a 5 minute walk from 3-4 restaurants on the water 2 dolphins tours and 2 casino ships. The place itself was perfect! Comfort and relaxation was definitely the goal and it was achieved easily! 10/10 would definitely stay here again! If you’re questioning it don’t it’s a wonderful time!

This is a great house for anyone wanting a convenient location and well-stocked rental. I would recommend it for couples or a family needing 2 bedrooms and one bath. Very comfortable beach house for relaxing. The host is very responsive.

I would like to HIGHLY recommend staying at this property. Everything from the location, communication, accessibility, property and host was incredible. The property and host exceeded our expectations in every way. If you’re considering staying in this coastal area you should definitely give this location an opportunity. It’s a true jewel. My family and I will definitely stay in this property again. I hope others get to experience the same charm and high quality standards that we found at this location. Mark and Liz were so nice! House was immaculate! Everything is brand new! They have thought of everything to make the stay so easy and relaxing. We give it a 10 out of 10 and have already told friends about it. Thanks for having us!!!! April 6-10 was our time there. 5 STARS

The host was extremely nice and hospitable. The house has everything that we needed to make our stay comfortable and I was pleasantly surprised at the items available for use in the kitchen. The porches would have been great if the weather had been warmer, but none of us can control that part! There were many games, a nice selection of books, and all the comforts of home. I would definitely book this place again!

This was undoubtedly one of the nicest places we have stayed at in our travels. The host was always quick to communicate with us and kept us up to date on area events. The place was spotless, cozy, and at the perfect location for our trip. We look forward to returning (hopefully) next year. I would recommend this retreat with nearby waterfront (walkable). The waterfront has several restaurants which makes this a perfect spot to stop and walk most everywhere. You would NOT be disappointed.

This is a very comfortable and well equipped 2nd floor apartment over a huge 4 car garage. So no one else is sharing the space except occasionally the owner may use the garage as their house is next door.The place was very clean, and built with high quality materials and furniture. There is only a shower, so no bath for small children, but that wasn’t a huge deal for us. The hot water was very inconsistent in the shower for no apparent reason. That is probably my only negative thing about our stay, other than having to put the sheets on our own bed, which is very strange to me. Why make up the beds without sheets, just for us to have to strip everything off and have to make our own beds again. Not a common experience with rented spaces. Altogether, we have a very lovely time with our kids. The location was perfect, incredibly close to restaurants and the waterway. 15 minutes from the beach. Great place to take a walk/run, or sit out on the front porch and enjoy the evenings. We would definitely stay here again.
