Wonderful stay

Very good location, comfortable furniture and both Elaine and Yevette were very helpful and efficient from the moment of reservation, check-in as well as checking out. Absolutely wonderful stay.

Great location

Great location. Quaint apartment, quiet and private. Location for my family was also particularly great as there is a playground right in front of the apt.

Great Location

Comfortable, well equipped apartment in an excellent location. Short walks to the beach, harbour, shops, bars and restaurants. A short taxi ride to the charming old part of Javea.

Lovely Apartment - Great Location

Very clean, comfortable and super location close to Javea Port with lots of bars and restaurants within walking distance. The pool area was great and not crowded at all even at the height of summer.......the kids loved it. We would definitely recommend this apartment and Javea.

Lovely apartment

Lovely clean apartment in central location near Javea Port where I have holidayed for over 11 years so know the area well. Great place to stay well equipped and nicely presented . Perfect for our short walking trip .

Lovely apartment in Javea

Lovely 2 bedroom apartment, close to shops and the beach with places to eat. Clean open space with an outside seating area. Really enjoyed the stay, there is a pool and very easy to get to all the local places to eat and drink. Highly recommended!

Lovely pool, great location, Eyvette the manager is very helpful, if you need her at all. Enjoyable stay. We will be back if this apartment is still available. Lovely owners. Great communication 10/10 gold ⭐️

Perfecto - just what we hoped for

We absolutely loved our stay at this apartment and it never felt like just a rental. Perfect location and great to leave the car in the garage and walk to the nearby facilities of Javea port area. We used the pool every day which was wonderful . The information provided by Elaine ahead of our stay was really helpful and meeting Helen on arrival made us feel very welcome. Thank you to all, we hope to be back.

Wish I was still there!

Just home from a fabulous 3 week stay. From the beginning Elaine was very friendly, approachable and extremely accommodating to all our needs (10 month old baby). On arrival the place was immaculately clean and had everything we needed and more. The location is beyond perfect as well as offering a fabulous pool. I would highly recommend it and hope to come back soon. Brendan

Lovely well appointed apartment

Lovely apartment close to Javea Port and beach. It was well equipped and maintained. Lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance. It has a garage which was very useful as we hired bikers.It recommend it to relatives and friends and would hope to return in the future. If I were to nitpick I would say wifi would be nice.

Fantasic Trip!

Bright, clean and very spacious and just as described. We had wonderful time and I can't wait to return next year with my sister and her twins, as the appartment is very child friendly. The walk to the port where the restuarants are, is very easy for pushchairs. Thanks again! x

Nice apartment

Pros: good central position; clean, comfortable and well equipped apartment; quiet and peaceful; javea is a delightful area with many excellent restaurants, and lots of walking and cycle routes. Cons: €100 extra charge for cleaning, slight traffic noise, manoeuvring the car into garage was challenging because of lack of turning space, beds in twin room very uncomfortable. We enjoyed our time at the apartment and had everything we needed. Would recommend.

Thank you so much for reviewing the apartment. The €100 charge is a one off payment for all guests regardless of the length of their stay. This is paid direct to the lady that looks after it. She cleans, does all the laundry and meets all guests. This is clearly stated prior to booking. That’s interesting your comment about the garage, as no one has mentioned that before, but unfortunately most underground garages can be challenging in Spain but with parking difficult at the Port, it is definitely a bonus especially in July and August. We will definitely look into the beds when we are next at the apartment. So pleased you enjoyed your stay and the location with so many bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk from the apartment. Again, many thanks, Elaine

Time to wind down

Absolutely perfect , could not say anything bad about this apartment. Very clean tidy with everything you could need for a relaxing holiday . We were met by one of the most helpful young lady ( Gosia ) who showed us around the apartment and answered any questions we had. Only thing that could slightly improve this apartment is a couple of overhanging branches to give you a complete view of the sea . Will be returning next year .

A great apartment!

I just returned from 11 days in Javea with a friend. I have rented in Javea frequently and have to say that this one is at the top of the list. It is spotlessly clean, very conveniently located, equipped with everything one would need, even a hair dryer! The sunny porch is inviting and comfortable also. I often find beds in Spain to be uncomfortable, so hard that I feel like I am sleeping on a board, but the beds in this apartment were great, just firm enough to still be comfy. I felt like I was sleeping in my own bed in the US. A great choice, the owners happened to be in town and met us when we arrived. They were very welcoming and helpful. Thanks again, Elena!

Una estancia muy agradable

El apartamento está muy limpio y bien ubicado , tuvimos un percance con la lavadora y nos lo solucionaron ese mismo día . Recomiendo deste alojamiento ❤️

Maravilloso apartamento
