Private home in quiet neighborhood on beautiful Sanibel Island. Completely renovated after Hurricane Ian. Enjoy your very own private paradise right outside your back door in a screen enclosed patio with a large heated pool and hot tub overlooking a beautiful, serene lake. Lake has tarpon, mullet, bass, and snook. Close to shopping, restaurants, and a five minute drive to beaches. Very close to quiet bike and walking path. House has a primary bedroom suite and two guest bedrooms. Linens provided.smart tv I living room and each bedroom.

Beautiful island home away from home

Lovely, well-appointed home, tropical setting in quiet neighborhood conveniently located for amenities on Sanibel. The owners were very helpful and responsive. Enjoyed our stay.

Love this home and the pool was fabulous!

The home was neat, spotless and had many household items left so we could relax and not panic shop upon arrival. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet and the visiting iguanas were adorable Hopefully I will be able to rent again next year!! Access to everything on the island was fairly easy from this beautiful home.

Perfect vacation spot

the pool area is perfect. Privacy plus a gorgeous lagoon view. Nice no slip pool deck that opens to two bedrooms, living room and kitchen. The neighborhood is quiet. Great location. The house has a homey, beachy vibe. It gets lots of natural light. There are chairs and beAch toys. We added to the collection from the resale shop in town which is fabulous w new items every day. The house has everything you need. Spice pantry was well stocked and it was nice to be started off with some soaps and dishwasher pods until we got to the store. I give this house 5 stars. The island has so many fun things to do: hiking, kayaking shelling and biking were our favorites. We would do those things in the Morning then back to the pool which gets afternoon sun.

fabulous house

The house was beautiful and spotless. Four rooms open to the pool and the view of the lake in the backyard. There are neighbors but the landscaping, vegetation and lake give lots of privacy. Loved the pool deck. Not slippery. We had a two year old so glad he could run around and not wipe out. There is a child fence for the pool also which isnt pictured online. Loved it. The pool screens give enough sun and shade throughout the day. The screens and doors were all in excellent condition. As you come back into the house from the pool the flooring is not only gorgeous but less than slippery as well. The pool and hot tub were great. I didn't figure out until almost time to go that the outdoor fireplace was blue tooth for your music. That was fun. The house has enough dishes for everyone. I've learned I don't like to do dishes on vacation so we brought paper plates and never used the dish washer. Washer and drier were great. When the sun comes up the home is filled with light. The beachy decor make the place so inviting and friendly. Loved calling this my home away from home. Communication with the owner was through email with quick response through booking. A few days before we arrived she gave us her phone number. Talked to her when we got to house and could have called back if there were issues, but there were none. One thing I didnt notice when I originally booked the place and the owner reminded me just before we left is that you need to bring your own linens. Glad we drove as that took up lots of room. Had I noticed this before it may have made me wonder if the house would have otherwise been lacking. It was not. There were sufficient pots and pans. We were there through Thanksgiving and did need to obtain a roasting pan. The pantry has a few spices and seasonings. Pictured on HomeAway but not actually in the house is a television in the third bedroom or outside above the fireplace. I would recommend this home to anyone. Originally chose this home for the accessibility as was planning to bring my elderly father and did not want to have steps. The location is perfect. I dont know what would be a bad location on the island. It is super close to beaches, trails, farmers market and stores. What are the most important things about a vacation rental?: 1)owner response/availability 2)clean spotless house 3)clean spotless pool area and a pool and hot tub with no issues. We had all that plus. thank you so much !!

Loved this place!

Pool was WONDERFUL! Plenty of pool floats & beach toys! Kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, spices! Loved the big seating area with the 3 reclining seats and the large TV. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

A great spot

The house is very nice and well equipped with everything we needed. It's located in a nice quiet neighborhood with a lake in the back. The pool and hot tub were great and the owner answered all questions promply. We have already booked for next year as it is a wonderful place to vacation.
