This is a BEAUTIFUL and VERY CLEAN home that has been recently renovated and is located in a private cul de sac, in a very safe and quiet community.

House is equipped with central air conditioning and ceiling fans. The house will be nice and COLD!

The kitchen has granite counter tops, new floors, stainless steel appliances that include a dishwasher, a Keurig coffeemaker and a microwave. It is stocked with all amenities and ready to go. Espresso custom designed wood cabinets including a center island.

The Master bedroom has its own master bathroom. Both bedrooms are equipped with a 48 inch 4K Smart TV’s and SPACIOUS closets.

*The 2 QUEEN sized beds hold 4 people. Many people have asked to have a 5th person stay in the house, the 5th person may stay on the comfortable sectional sofa.

The living room has high ceilings with a 55 inch 4K Smart TV, an electric fireplace, and a comfortable sectional sofa.

**Home is stocked with all your needs: sheets, towels, plates, cups, pillows and more!!

Full access to backyard (fenced in) with patio table and chairs. BBQ also available for use.

This beautiful home is located in Oldsmar close to beaches, restaurants, shopping and entertainment! It is also located less than 5 minutes from shopping and dining, playgrounds and from the 2,500 acre freshwater Lake Tarpon with county park, 12 min. to the Gulf; Honeymoon and Caladesi Parks, close to shopping malls, restaurants. Only a 20 minute drive to Tampa Airport and 10 minutes to the BEACH!!

EXCELLENT LOCATION! CLOSE TO TAMPA, BEACHES AND RESTAURANTS. THE COMMUNITY OFFERS PUBLIC TENNIS, PLAYGROUND, BASEBALL FIELD AND BASKETBALL.

We found this property to be perfect for our needs. There were businesses close by and good proximity to where we wanted to go. One suggestion would be to change out the non stick pans that are scratched because they are toxic. Loved the different birds that were in the front yard every day.

No community pool.We are of an older generation and had difficulty with the 3 TVs. For long term guests, you will not be able to receive mail there. Banks of locked mailboxes. Owner has key in Another state. We used FedEx for prescription med delivery.

The house was recently remodled with new appliances in the kitchen! The decor was done well.Everything we needed was easy to find. The location is in a nice neighborhood and close to stores and attractions. The screened-in patio was perfect for early morning reading. Our host was easy to contact and very courteous. Close to Park

Really enjoyed being close to Sheffield Park and the bike trails. They also had a kayak launch site into the canal leading to the Bay. Great location for active people.

We had a great stay in this beautiful property. It had all the cooking amenities and appliances. The home was perfectly cleaned. The host was very responsive. The neighborhood was very quiet. Only thing missing was exhaust fan in restrooms.
