Light, spacious, 930 sq. ft. condo, with bedrooms situated on opposite sides of unit. Two screened lanais, four patio doors(one from kitchen, from living room, and one from each bedroom, onto the lanais. Laundry in unit. Master features king bed, 2nd bedroom has queen bed. Sleeps 4 comfortably, possibly 6 with use of aero (air) bed. Fully appointed kitchen with stainless
appliances. Very nice home away from home.

It was absolutely amazing! Jeri responded quickly and watching the birds was so peaceful and quiet. The apartment is well-equipped and has everything you need.

The condo was very clean and had everything to start your first night. Access to grocery stores was great. My granddaughter loved the quiet pool! Master mattress could use replacing. It was a perfect week for visiting family, Tampa, Dunedin, even in late July!

Loved it!

We loved this property! The location was convenient in between all the places we wanted to visit and located in a nice, quiet neighborhood. We didn’t use the pools but they looked very nice. Beach chairs, umbrellas, and towels were available for use. Jeri called us back when we had a question. The layout of the house was nice too. I would definitely go back!

Wonderful experience that I would repeat again. Cozy, clean, place that made me feel like I was at home. It had everything I needed for a week stay. Located close to multiple stores and restaurants (favorite being First Watch). My husband enjoyed sitting on screened porch that looks out to the lake.

The condo is a good stay for the price. A couple minor things needed fixed but I’m sure the owner wasn’t aware of. The pools were nice and location was good. Easy access to many places. Stayed here twice and would stay again.

The place was exactly what we were looking for. Clean, comfortable, quiet, and relaxing. Everything we needed was there. The host was responsive and caring. Fantastic beaches, close to everything pending traffic, which gets worse fast when you head south.

Quick Family Visit

The condo was very well kept. Only stayed for a quick visit and didn’t use the kitchen at all. The place suited our needs. Would rent again.

Nice stay

Nice, clean condo with 2 clean heated pools. Very good location to visit a friend in Dunedin. Found out Dunedin is a nice little town with a causeway to enter Honeymoon Island. The island is still closed from the hurricane but plan on visiting next year. Highly recommended condo. Will rent this unit again if available.

I live in Missouri, and have a granddaughter in the Clearwater area, she is my only grandchild, so I wanted to be able to visit, and yet feel at home, so this condo was a perfect choice. I do not need it for long periods of time, so thought I could share it with others who want to visit the area, and need a comfortable home for a week or two.

I Love this property, because it is so quiet, and peaceful. It felt like home, the moment I walked onto the back lanai. Nice water view from back lanai, and it is just minutes from everything the area has to offer. I feel very blessed to have found it, and hope I can help others afford to visit the area, and enjoy all it has to offer.
