Location, location, location! This house is located in Downtown San Antonio and is a quick scooter ride, Uber/Lyft, or even a walk to all your favorite San Antonio locations! The Riverwalk, Pearl Brewery, Alamodome, SA Zoo, Museums, The Quarry, King William/Southtown are all very very close!

The large backyard with patio table and grill are perfect for enjoying the great SA weather!

This house comes equipped with 3 bedrooms (2 queen, 1 full) as well as a pull out sofa (queen). It will comfortably sleep 8. There are two bathrooms with showers and all amenities necessary. The fully stocked kitchen is perfect for cooking at home but the location also provides for stellar dining out options.

Wireless wifi is provided as well as a 55" TV in the main living area. There is also a 42" TV in the master bedroom. Both TV's are set up with YouTube TV for all your regular cable programs and live sports. Netflix and Amazon Prime are also available.

Washer/Dryer also available onsite.

On driveway parking for up to 4 vehicles. Any additional vehicles would need to be parked on the street.

Multiple games and cards for the whole group to enjoy!

Good location & plenty of space

Good location - close to downtown attractions and taprooms, without being right in the Riverwalk crush and traffic. Plenty of space for family to relax between excursions and sightseeing.

Good location and clean

The inside could use some fresh paint and new mattresses, but overall the property was very clean and in a good location. It had all of the amenities that we needed and we were very comfortable staying there.

Up and coming neighborhood

This is definitely a good example of not judging a book (or neighborhood) by its cover. When we first drove to the home, we were a bit put off by what appeared to be a rough neighborhood, but we did a little online research and found that the area was San Antonio's first "exclusive residential suburb," then had gone through some down years, but is definitely on its way back. The home's location is literally just a few minutes away by car from so much to see and do in San Antonio - and only 10 minutes from the airport. While we didn't attempt to walk to any of the main sites, there was a great beer garden just a few blocks away that we went to to watch college football while we were there. The home is nicely renovated and was perfect for two couples, with another bedroom to spare.

Wonderful house

Property was updated and perfect for our trip. The house was spacious but cozy, updated and clean. Great backyard with a grill you can use. Very close to downtown and Freeman Expo Hall. Perfect for girls weekend or family fun. Hosts are wonderful and easy to contact. We will be back.

Not what you think

The patio was no clean leaves all over the furniture, table. That was the first day. The back door to the patio you can see daylight. We didn’t realize that the south side of Texas was the bad part of town. Until people told us after we got there. The bed had stained foam on top of the mattress. One bed is almost laying flat on the floor. Parts of the house was nice, the kitchen, living room was ok. The manger was helpful. We needed to the vacuum and I plugged it in and a horrible smell came from it. It smelled the house up. We were disappointed in the house. The pi on line isn’t exacting what you get. It was reasonable. But we feel we deserve a partial refund. People we talk to said don’t walk at nighttime by yourself around there. I forward this survey to my sister cuz she paid for half of rent.

Wedding visit

The house was very clean and cozy! We felt secure and comfortable! The location was perfect for getting to local attractions and restaurants! The hosts gave us all the information we needed and provided amenities such as a coffee maker and a toaster and kitchen utensils. We would love to come back and barbecue on the back deck since we didn’t have the time to do that on this trip!

Great trip to San Antonio

We were in town for Mother’s Day Weekend. This place was perfect for our family. Plenty of room for 4 adults and 2 kids. Walking distance to a beer garden. Quick drive to the River Walk and Convention Center. We would stay here again.

Great stay close to downtown and prompt friendly communications! Neighborhood was quiet and the house is spacious for a small family. An easy drive to downtown, a good neighborhood grocery store, etc. Would definitely stay again if we make it back to San Antonio. Thanks!

We all enjoyed this cute, quiet place. Very well supplied with all major accommodations! Close to downtown. Outside patio grill should be cleaned up a Bit, so you could have used it. I would definitely recommend this clean little getaway place.
