This spacious home comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests, with 3 bedrooms featuring queen beds plus an air mattress for extra space. Enjoy two full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, and fast Wi-Fi (~350 Mbps). The large backyard is perfect for gathering around the fire pit and taking in the outdoors.

The curb appeal was horrible! I thought the property was abandoned. Additionally there was a “For Sale” sign posted on the lawn!

We have taken care of the lawn, it is cut every 2 weeks it just happened to have grown fast and the landscaper was delayed but it is great now.

Close to everything we needed. Layout and Interior was perfect for us. Good home base as we were in town for my son’s Air Force graduation. Very convenient drive to downtown. Not walkable and the neighborhood appears to be on the rebound. Convenient and clean.

The fireplace in the master bedroom was super nice. Having fans in all the rooms was great! Everything was clean, neat, and well thought out. The laundry was easy to use, kind of wish my machines had that many options and were that easy. Location was close to all the fun in San Antonio. The host was easy to reach and a pleasure to connect with. Definitely would stay here again if the need arose.

A great stay!

We were in town to visit our daughter who was graduating from the Air Force. The location was perfect to get to the base, airport and riverwalk.

Fantastic Farmhouse

My 10 year old said the house was his dream house! Exactly as advertised inside with all the amenities you could ask for and close to downtown. Would definitely stay again!

Great Stay

Stayed here for my son's Air Force BMT graduation. This was a perfect location for easily getting to base and to downtown. House was clean and everything we could need.

It was really nice! The fire pit made for a sweet Friday night hang out and the rooms and beds were comfortable for a multiple night stay.

The Pictures do not represent the actual home. The home was dirty, clearly had foundation issues. The smoke detectors were ripped out, several large cracks through the walls and water damage to the ceiling. After we arrived we immediately left and went to a hotel. Thankfully the owners refunded the money.

It is a diverse, evolving neighborhood where locals and new businesses are coming together to create a safe, unique, & welcoming community so that being said there are a mix of new developments and older homes, it may not be for everyone so do your research before but we love it! You’ll see a real slice of San Antonio here — full of culture, history, and charm — with very easy access to downtown hotspots just minutes away.
