Charming, historic, old miner's house conveniently located just a half block off Elk Avenue in the quiet northwest section of town. New remodel completed this July, 2016.
It is a fabulous remodel with a new contemporary look throughout the house. New kitchen, appliances, bathrooms and furniture. We promise you will be delighted with the new look and the hard to beat location of this wonderful home.

Walk out the door and in just two minutes your are sipping fresh brewed coffee on Elk Ave, starting a cross country ski or mountain bike through the Woods Walk to Lower Loop trails, or riding the shuttle to Mount Crested Butte. You will not find a better situated house in all of town!

After a day enjoying the beauty of Crested Butte, retire to this renovated, 100-year old, miner's house to nestle into the couch in front of the fireplace, or cook up a great stew in the eat-in renovated contemporary kitchen.

Daisy Mine Guest House features a lovely private courtyard with gas grill and 10-seater old pine picnic table for outdoor entertaining.

The three bedroom main house features a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom downstairs and two bedrooms upstairs - one with queen bed and balcony, the other with two trundle beds that sleep four. WIFI, Direct TV, washer dryer, and renovated kitchen all provide the conveniences of home! DaisyMine also has off-street parking and your own bike rack out front!

Well trained pets are considered, However we do charge a nightly fee. Please advise us in advance.
There are 2 off street parking spaces available.

Cute spot, awesome location

The location of this rental was exceptional, and the main reason I booked. Right at the end of Elk Street and close to the action, without being right in it. Place itself was plenty big for my crew of 5. Place was clean and updated.

Perfect vacation home!

This home seemed like we were the first guests ever staying there! From the appliances to the dishware to the bathrooms, everything seems brand new and luxurious. We were so close to the Farmer's Market and all of the wonderful shops and restaurants on Elk, literally just steps away. The owner was incredibly accomodating and easy to contact. Would definitely recommend and hope to stay here again!

Amazing stay in CB

We had an incredible first visit to CB. The home is clean, spacious, well-appointed and very conveniently located. Easy walking for the whole family to restaurants, shops and the shuttle to the mountain. Also walkable to Nordic trails. The property manager was responsive when we had a couple of minor questions. We hope to stay again soon!

Great location!

Even better than the photos! This is the perfect location for in town accommodations with a 3 minute walk to the mountain shuttle. Extremely clean with all the amenities. We will be back!

Great location, modern home with nice layout.

We enjoyed our Christmas holiday at this fantastic home. The house is modern and comfortable… Comfy beds, well stocked kitchen, plenty of space for our family of 5. We enjoyed being so close to Elk, to walk to dinner or peruse shops. The bus stops just a few blocks away making it super convenient to zip up the mountain to ski. Would highly recommend this spot.

Perfect Location in CB

This property met our wish list for Crested Butte - one block from restaurants and hiking trails as well as convenient to all outdoor activities located close by. It was also was a relaxing and comfortable house to live in and we will likely be back next Fall.

Incredible stay at Crested Butte!

Wonderful property, fully stocked and stylishly furnished, plenty of space both indoor and outdoor for larger groups, and can’t say enough how great the location was off of Elk, walkable to everything in CB. We would definitely stay again. Thanks Elizabeth!

Perfect Location with All the Amenities

We had the best time at Elizabeth’s home! It was close to everything, quiet, and great indoor/ outdoor space. Great for families with kiddos and/ or couples traveling together. Plenty of space to hang out.

Very comfortable mountain modern in the town of Crested Butte!

We loved our stay. The house is perfectly located half a block off of Elk Street, an easy walk to everything in the town of Crested Butte. The house is very comfortable, with lots of natural light and well outfitted for a great vacation. Elizabeth was very responsive. When we had a problem with the blender she was over within minutes with a brand new one. Thank you Elizabeth!

Crested Butte Ski Trip

The house was perfect for our family of 5. Location right around corner from everything on Elk Ave. and about 2 minute walk to the town hall bus stop to go up to the mountain. Kitchen was well stocked, nice bathrooms, and beds were comfortable. I highly recommend this house and town. Lots of snow, friendly people, beautiful setting, all kinds of stuff to do.

Great spot!

Perfect location walking distance of everything in town. Amazing kitchen / communal space including the patio - great for meals and hanging out. Comfy beds. Would stay here again.

AMAZING LOCATION- BEAUTIFUL HOME

Super easy to walk to the shuttle for skiing access. At night, right in town made dinner and shopping easy and fun! WE LOVED this place and would stay here again, over and over. Cannot beat the location and upgrades to the home was a nice added perk!

Walk to everything in town! Shopping, restaurants, brewery, grocery and trails galore! Great stay, with a beautiful kitchen and bathrooms! Gotta try the steam shower.

Perfect house for Family getaway

We loved this house! We’ve been visiting Crested Butte for years and this house is by far the best! Having a bedroom on the main floor was perfect for my elderly parents, and the open floor plan allowed us all to spread out. The courtyard is the perfect place to read a book or gather for dinner. The house is also right around the corner from Elk street and very convenient to trails. Elizabeth was very helpful throughout the process and was quick in responding to all our questions, as Gunnison county’s opening was a moving target due to COVID. A week was too short!
