You'll be simultaneously celebrating and relaxing the moment you open the door to your mid-Century single family home with a large, private heated pool overlooking lush landscaping and water frontage.

Family getaway

This is the second time we’ve stayed here. We loved it so much and had such great memories the first time that everyone was excited to go back. The property is very nice, close to the grocery store and a short drive to most things. Kevin was great and we hope to come back again!

Really enjoyed our stay, Kevin is super nice and helpful, check in super easy. Back yard is beautiful, we literally spent all our time outside. House is comfortable and clean. No complaints

Excellent oasis

This lovely property is surrounded by gorgeous tropical landscaping. Being in the pool feels like you’re in the Caribbean somewhere. The interior is modern and well lit, and nicely appointed. It is immaculate. We had no problems during our stag and the owner was highly communicative and available, and checked in on us. We loved our stay, and would return.

Great house

House is in a very private waterfront location. House was as depicted on VRBO.. clean and fully equipped. We had a problem with flickering lights and house manager Kevin had the problem taken care of within 12 hours. Very easy to work with. We would rent here again… can’t go wrong!

Loved our vacation!

Wow what a beautiful home. We had everything we needed right there at the house. We spent time relaxing by the heated pool and spent plenty of time exploring the area and the beach! Could not have asked for more with the location and the neighborhood. Kevin was a wonderful host and was available for anything you may need. I would highly recommend this property and would love to stay again! This vacation was filled with lots of R&R and staying at this beautiful home was a plus. Thanks Kevin!

Phenomenal

I couldn't be happier. From the very beginning everything was perfect. Kevin communicated with me right from booking the reservation and answered all my questions and met all my requests. I don't want to talk this house up too much or it will get popular and be booked next time I come to Ft. Lauderdale but it would be a disservice not to after how great this house was. We had 4 adults staying so 4 bedrooms was perfect. There was plenty of room with plenty of seating. The kitchen is modern and fully stocked with everything could possibly need. The beds were very comfortable, which for me is of upmost importance. Then there is the pool. This by far exceeded my expectations. With the greenery surrounding it feels like a private resort. There is a lot of seating both covered and uncovered and the pool is warm. It is perfect for entertaining. I will definitely stay here again.

Great house and fabulous property manager!

Upon setting foot at this lovely Oakland Park property, we fell in love with the open floor plan and generous accommodations in each of the three bedrooms. The master bedroom is large, with a kingsize bed and ample closet space for our seven-week stay. At the far end of the master bedroom are two sinks which make daily ablutions easier, and the counter space and neighboring shelves are much more generous than most of the houses I've rented. The toilet and bathroom areas are standard size for Florida, but quite comfortable. The pool is quite larger in comparison to other houses I've seen and nicely heated. The pool area has three different seating areas, with ample arrangements for sunbathing, dinner, and casual cocktail or tea party activites or just noshing. Although we didn't have a boat, the new deck area that abuts the canal has been rebuilt and there is a table with chairs provided which makes the scene a beautiful place to have morning coffee or evening drinks with your partner. Extras like a functioning grill and backyard lighting were very appreciated. The setting of the pool area is very impressive with massive palm leaves that make it quite like a Garden of Eden. But, certainly, the best thing about our here was the fact that Kevin Bernardi is quite possibly the best property manager in Ft. Lauderdale area. Everyone should have Kevin manager their visits to South Florida, because he made our welcome wonderful, our stay as comfortable as home, and our departure (although we hated leaving) easy. Kevin, thank you so much!

Really nice.

Would recommend. Good and responsive local assistance whenever needed. Great pool (though odd/conflicting location of skimmer near inlet jet) and one queen mattress is a bit substandard.

The perfect place to quarantine!

A last minute change of plans had us hunkered down at Kevin’s property for 5 nights. We rotated between the pool, the lounge chairs , the outdoor couch and the outdoor dining table while we relaxed and only faced the outside world for groceries. The property was amazing and we really enjoyed our stay!

Wonderful relaxing vacation!

Property is spacious, clean, comfortable We loved the layout of the house The pool is wonderful and the landscaping makes for a private tropical oasis . Kevin was awesome to work with answering our questions and Providing us lots of restaurant suggestions. We didn’t really want to leave the house once we got there We would definitely book again

Great getaway!

The pictures don’t really do this house justice. It’s spacious, nicely decorated, comfortable and in a quiet neighborhood. The outside area of the house has a large dining table, a seated area with couch and chairs, which are all undercover. The beds are comfortable, the AC works well, and the kitchen has everything you would need. Our guys fished off the dock everyday , which they really enjoyed. The pool is perfectly heated and we took advantage of it day and night. Kevin stocked the house with plenty of basics… paper towels, TP, laundry detergent, beach towels, soap, etc. The beach was about 10 minutes away and there’s lots of great restaurants in the area. Kevin is great to work with. He answers questions quickly and has a book filled with recommendations for restaurants and things to do in the area. If I had one suggestion it would be to have beach chairs and an umbrella for beach lovers. This house is a gem. We’d highly recommend it!

Amazing Retreat

This home was amazing and far exceded my expectations! It was such an incredible retreat for our group that we only spent one day at the beach! The pool was extremely nice and private that the only things invading our privacy were the iguanas! LOL. Kevin, our property manager, was very accomodating to our needs and greeted us at the condo hours before we were due to check-in! I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing retreat! Can't wait to return!

Excellent vacation house

Our group of 7 adults had a wonderful stay at this house. It has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, plus large living rooms and an open kitchen, not to mention the pool and outside dinning area. It is located in a lovely neighbourhood, only 5 min to grocery stores. It was a last minute booking for us as our original booking was cancelled 5 days before our trip. Kevin was very accommodating to make sure we were taken cared of. I highly recommend this vacation house for a family gathering.

Nice House in an excellent neighborhood at the canal (Venetia of America)

Everything you might need or not need you find when you rent this wonderful house with a heated pool in a quiet neighborhood of Northern Ft Lauderdale. It‘s located a the canal and close to Ft Lauderdale Beaches. Nice trips you can start from this house to explore a lot of attractions around there. You could make day trips to Cape Canaveral, Orlando, Miami, Key West and other interesting places to be. The house is absolutely perfect for 6 people and family events. I love Florida since many many years and my family joining Me for that trip are eager to come back as soon as possible. Last but not least - if there‘s anything missing - Kevin wil help!

Nice Vacation Rental

We just wanted to thank Kevin for a wonderful week in your rental home. This home was fully equipped with everything a person or family would need for your vacation and if this home did not have what you need, Kevin will go out of his way to get what you actually need. Paradise Found

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this well equipped property. Everything you need is supplied. We spent a lot of time enjoying the back area, pool, huge lani, fishing off the dock and beautiful tropical landscaping. Kevin, the property manager (and one of the nicest people on the planet!) is nearby and available to take care of any issues that might come up. The house was very clean and spacious. We definitely recommend this property and hope to return again soon, as we visit our son several times a year.

Great home!

Everything was great! Kevin was a tremendous host and the patio/pool area was everything we hoped it would be from the pictures! Awesome kitchen area inside and great table outside for table games and drinks as well!
