Bushby House is a recently refurbished Country Cottage style home located adjacent to the town centre which boast bars and restaurants and is a 5 minute walk to the beach. It's within easy driving distance of the South Downs, Chichester and Brighton (25mins) making it a great choice for families and groups alike. Come and enjoy the wonderful county of West Sussex with it's dog walks, cycle routes, vineyards and more.

Improvements to Bushby House were completed in 2018 when it was extended to include a Kitchen Diner and a Master Suite whilst the rest of the house was refurbished and updated. The new stylish open plan Kitchen has a breakfast bar, seating for 8 and bi-fold doors that open out onto the patio. The Lounge is comfortable and welcoming with two four seater sofas and a 55" TV with Sky; it too has bi-fold doors opening onto the patio. If you are visiting during the winter there is a working open fire. There is a separate Playroom with L-Shaped sofa and 43" TV and DVD player, with a selection of DVDs and games. Upstairs there are four luxurious bedrooms including a Master with a king-sized bed and en-suite, two further double bedrooms, one twin room and a family bathroom. All rooms have wardrobes, drawers and bedside tables.
Outside there are extensive grounds with garage, parking for three cars to the front along with mature planting. To the rear there is a newly landscaped garden with grassed area, outdoor seating and west facing patio for those all important BBQs. The rear garden is secure and is an area where children can safely play. Pets are allowed but we would ask that you check with us about the House Rules. Bikes can be stored securely in the garage.
Bushby House is welcoming and homely and yet provides all the modern conveniences you would expect the kitchen is well equipped with a gas hob, electric oven, microwave and coffee machine. There is a separate Utility Room with a washing machine and dryer. All linen and towels are provided.
