Watch the Ironman competitors from your front porch! In the winter, make sure to bring your ice skates to use on the small pond located near the bottom floor entry to the townhouse.

Enter on the lower level with plenty of room for your summer or winter sports equipment.This level has one bedroom, family room with TV, DVD player and game console, full bath and laundry room. The main floor features a fully equipped kitchen with an island, open floor plan, living room with large flat screen HDTV with DVR and PlayStation3 (for games, Blu-Ray and DVD), dining room and half bath.
