This three bedroom, 2.5 bath vacation rental is the perfect spot to enjoy your Adirondack Vacation. The entry level has the first bedroom with 1 Queen bed and fireplace, den with flat screen TV, laundry room and full bathroom with a standup shower. The second level has an open kitchen, living room with gas fireplace and deck, dining room and half bath. The third level includes the Master bedroom with Queen bed, third bedroom with 2 twin beds and full bathroom. The unique three-level layout offers privacy to family members and is a short walk to the main street shops, restaurants, tennis courts, beach and ice skating rinks. Beautifully decorated, this townhouse has spectacular views of the mountains from the Master bedroom, living room and the deck.

Guests can access the house from the ground floor where there is space to drop and store your winter/summer gear. There is also access in the back of the house which opens up into the Kitchen/Living room area.

This townhouse is within walking distance of downtown Lake Placid. There is also The Lake Placid XPRESS shuttle.

Property is very nice. Nice location to downtown Lake Placid. You can see mountain tops from the 2nd story deck. Sitting room is very nice!

We very much enjoyed our stay. The location is great! We walked into the village every day. The pictures on the web site are accurate. It isn't fancy, but it is comfortable, clean, and convenient to all Lake Placid has to offer. We were there in the summer, but I'm sure it would be great for ski season as well.

Very good communication. Host responded quickly to an issue and came to fix it. The unit was close to town and restaurants. Large dining room table to accommodate a group . Nice size bedrooms. As it is a townhouse, there were two full staircases which was fine with us, but keep it mind for those less mobile.

This rental was perfect for our family’s visit to Lake Placid. We are a 3 boy sports family traveling for a lacrosse tournament. The location was 5 mins from North Elba Athletic Fields, and 20 mins from Saranac Lake Middle & High School, and a short distance from the downtown and fabulous outdoor activities. Having a well equipped kitchen and washer and dryer were key to our trips success! We hope we are lucky enough to return to Lake Placid for a tournament next year and would definitely try to rebook at this rental.

We have been traveling many times to Lake Placid and staying at this property many times. The house is very spacious and accommodated my entire family of 6 comfortably with many rooms and bathrooms to spare. The common areas and the kitchen are very nice and well equipped. Wendy, the owner really takes care of her property. I look forward to return next year with my family and stay in this house again.

Our family just purchased this townhouse from a wonderful family who had a long Homeaway.com/VRBO rental history. My husband and I have two daughters who love to ski as much as we do. We reside in Saratoga Springs, NY - another wonderful vacation destination and feel blessed to have the opportunity to vacation in LP as well!

We purchased this property because we absolutely love LP! My husband and I came here every year for our anniversary and quickly grew to know the town and the wonderful people who reside here year round. We also LOVE the history of the town. My husband came to Lake Placid for the first time with his dad to see the 1980 Olympics - this town is rich in Olympic history having hosted the 1932 and the 1980 Winter Olympics! It such a rush to be skiing down the same mountain as Olympians! But Lake Placid offers so much more than Winter sports...it has actually become an amazing Summer destination as well, hosting numerous sporting events including IRONman, Lacrosse tournaments and horse shows.
