Lake Placid Townhome - Four - 4 Bedroom 2026-STR-0555

Pinehill Unit #7 is a four (4) bedroom, three (3) bath, townhouse in the Pinehill community in the scenic and historic Village of Lake Placid and is just one (1) mile from the main street shops and eight (8) mile from the slopes of Whiteface Mountain. Enjoy the Mountain View from the spacious porch or soak in the Jacuzzi tub after a day of skiing or hiking on the many Adirondack trails. Shops and restaurants are just a quick walk from the unit.

The nicely furnished unit sleeps a maximum of 8 quests with one (1) king, two (2) queen beds and two (2) twin beds. Each floor offers a complete bathroom. The home features an open living room with TV/VCR and direct access to a spacious porch with mountain views. The large kitchen provides plenty of room for cooking and a dining area with a table and chairs. The master suite is privately located downstairs with a separate reading room, TV and a large bath with Jacuzzi tub.

Wood burning fireplace, Cable TV/VCR with over a dozen current video tapes, completely furnished kitchen (all utensils) includes refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, small appliances, washer/dryer, stereo, CD player, numerous board games, and an assorted library of reading materials.

This property is non-smoking and pets are not allowed.

Fantastic location in Lake Placid - close to town and most attractions. The house is cozy for a group but comfortable. It was perfect for our girls' hiking trip.

Property was as described, very clean and comfortable. Excellent location for biking to the start of rail trail which goes 34 miles from Lake Placid to Tupper Lake. Communication with host was very prompt, property information and directions very clear.

Very nice place. Close to town. Yet peaceful and quiet. Excellent amenities. Upstairs rooms very nice and bright. Master suite very nice but a bit humid. Main floor bedroom with king size bed was dark. Could not open curtains. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed the place and would definitely stay again if in the area.

The place was great! Close to town, very clean, very comfortable, had all cooking utensils you would need, fireplace was great, plenty of wood, Had a nice fire both nights. Was perfect for our family! Really enjoyed our stay!!

My wife and I were here for the World Cup ski races and were joined by three family members. the rooms were large, the beds comfortable, the whole place clean, and except for a little snow and ice that we dealt with a great experience.

Host was great. Provided all pertinent info regarding the property. Responded to a question regarding the garbage very quickly. The house was very clean and we enjoyed the fireplace.It would be nice to have some kindling wood along with the fire wood.

This property was spotless and had most of the amenities you would want. It is a great location to Lisa G’s and downtown. The only issue we had when we were there was below 0 temperatures. The doors and windows were very drafty. We would recommend this space on a warmer day:)
