Perfect vacation for our whole family

Warm welcome from Sophie and Loic. Accomodation and surroundings were well explaniert. House has fullfilled every wish, is quiet, has direct connection to many places. Super suitable for families with teenagers.

We had a fantastic week in this stunning house. Sophie and Loïc were faultless hosts. We had great communication in the days leading to our holiday and a warm welcome on our arrival. We were shown around the property and how everything worked. Loïc provided restaurant recommendations and promptly answered any further questions during our stay. Nothing was too much trouble.The house is exceptionally well equipped and the swimming pool, hot tub and sauna were all pristine. All appliances are high quality and everything worked perfectly. Air conditioning was very welcome given the outside temperature was nudging 40 degrees Celsius.The location is great, in a quiet village but with good access to Bordeaux and further west to Arcachon and Dune du Pilat. We also visited St Emilion and many famous vineyards, including Chateau Margaux. All very accessible from the house. Thank you so much Sophie and Loïc for a very memorable family holiday. It was lovely to make your acquaintance.

Amazing

Would highly recommend this Villa. We had the most amazing time here. Villa is stunning and everything you need. Lovely quiet location. Host are really lovely, great communication and recommend places to go etc. Bordeaux 15/20 mins away from Villa,was lovely and very pretty at nightime. Arcachon Bay is a lovely beach. Carrefour in Beagles is big and sells loads, this is within a shopping mall which is great.. 10mins away from villa. So glad we came across this lovely villa and lovely hosts! Wonderful stay in a fabulous house

We had the privilege of staying at Loic and Sophie’s beautiful house for two weeks this summer. The house was beautifully designed to capture the sunshine at all times of the day, including a spectacular sunset view from the upper deck every evening. The house was spotlessly clean, well stocked and perfect for a family to stay in. The outside eating and cooking areas were a treat to use and the pool area very comfortable and entertained us and the children especially for hours every day. The location of the house is excellent, a bakery and restaurant in the local village and the opportunity to explore Bordeaux in a 20/30 minute drive. We also explored the other direction of Saint Emilion and Libourne which were great days out along with trips to the beach at Arcachon. Thanks for a holiday to remember!

Great holiday villa

As a family of 5 (3 kids) we thoroughly enjoyed staying at the house. Everything was working as expected, the space was well organized and plentiful. Home from home feeling. The owner was very helpful and knowledgeable about local area with plenty of tips and recommendations. It’s not often you get a heated pool and a hot tub and a sauna all in one place. This was a luxury. Everything was prefect at the house and the only thing to note is the wood decking around the pool and terrace was rough in places resulting in splinters. We got wise to it and wore sandals or flip flops. Thank you for letting us stay at your house.

Great stay

We stayed at this house with our family and it was great. The house itself is very spacious and looks good from the inside as well as the outside. Very big and modern kitchen. The terrace and garden are also great places to be. Especially the jacuzzi is a nice addition to the house. There is also plenty to explore in the neighbourhood. Loïc is also very helpful. Amongst other things he for example helped us pick a restaurant. Last but definitely not least, he even helped me with my car when I was about to leave and my car showed a red battery indicator light (turned out there was a broken bolt from the alternator, Loïc put in a new one for me). Thanks again for everything!

Fantastic property!

We arrived after a busy trip to Paris and this property was exactly what we needed for a relaxing stay! The house is amazing, the rooms are spacious and exceptionally clean with tasteful modern furnishings and facilities. There is plenty of outside space. The pool is a great size and felt very private, and the veranda is perfectly situated to follow the sun throughout the day. Our teenage children loved the jacuzzi - also exceptionally clean - and my husband enjoyed the sauna. In fact the property was so lovely we almost didn’t need to go anywhere else! We did however visit Bordeaux which is a really beautiful city, and we walked to Chateau Brethaus nearby where we were warmly welcomed with an informative tasting session. The village is very peaceful and the nearby Super U had everything we needed, as well as a superb pizza kiosk! Loic and Sophie are wonderful hosts and made us feel very welcome in their home. Thank you so much for a lovely week!

Fantastic villa and pool!

We stayed at this lovely house for two weeks and had a brilliant time. The house is amazing! Very spacious, exceptionally clean and has everything you could possibly need. The outside space is very private and the pool is lovely. The kids spent hours playing in the pool! Use of the garage was also great for keeping the car cool on hot days. The area is very peaceful, perfect for a relaxing holiday but also close to Bordeaux, Saint Emilion, Arcachon etc for day trips. Loic welcomed us on our arrival and spent time settling us in and giving us advice on places to visit and restaurants to go to. He was also available via email or WhatsApp if we had any questions or problems. We would love to return one day and have been recommending it to friends and family. We had a fantastic holiday - thank you Loic and Sophie for letting us stay in your beautiful home. Kirsten, Adrian & family

Perfect holiday staying at Loic & Sophie's Villa

My family and I had a wonderful holiday staying in this villa.( 4 adults and one 16 month child ). We were made welcome on arrival by the owners who communicated very well in English for us. Every part of the home was explained to us. The villa itself is amazing! clean modern and very spacious indeed. The pool and garden area really make it a wonderful place to relax. Driving into the vila through the secure gates you immediately feel pleased you have chosen the best villa to stay in and very secure with the gates and shutters. We did visit the Vineyard ( Chateau Brethous ) basically next door ! walking distance 0.4 miles away such a beautiful family run business who welcomed us. There are so many beautiful places to see around the village and surrounding area. We did drive 2 hours to an amazing lake AquaPark Biscarrosse well worth a visit. Loic the owner was available via Email or text message if we had any questions or problems. I would certainly recommend this property and will hopefully return to it ourselves as soon as we can another year. After scanning various properties I know I chose the right one! Vacances reussies

Cette superbe maison située à proximité de Bordeaux est un véritable havre de paix. Située dans un cadre calme et verdoyant, elle nous a offert tout le confort que l'on pouvait désirer pour un séjour de 2 semaines. La grande piscine est parfaite pour se rafraîchir en famille, tandis que le jacuzzi et le sauna offrent des moments de calme. Les espaces sont lumineux, bien agencés et équipés avec soin. La cuisine moderne, les chambres spacieuses et les équipements ont été la garantie de vacances reussie. Le calme environnant permet de se ressourcer, tout en restant à seulement quelques minutes de Bordeaux et de ses nombreuses activités. Une maison idéale pour profiter de ces congès.. Merci à Loîc et Sophie pour leur reactivité à besoins et pour leurs SMS nous donnant de bonnes adresses pour sortir ou manger. Merci encore à vous

Heerlijk vakantiehuis

We hebben een geweldige vakantie beleeft in dit fantastische huis. Het huis is heerlijk ruim, luxe en mooi ingericht. We hebben genoten van het buitengedeelte, de veranda, het zwembad en de jaccuzzi. Loic heeft ons warm en persoonlijk welkom geheten en veel tips gegeven over de omgeving. Een aanrader!

Summer 2022 near Bordeaux

Die perfekte Unterkunft für eine erholsame Urlaubswoche in der Sonne Frankreichs.... Die Fotos, die Beschreibung...., alles genauso wie tatsächlich vorgefunden - super Haus, toller Pool, topp in der Einrichtung! Sehr sympathische, freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Bei Gelegenheit kommen wir auf jeden Fall gerne wieder und können das Objekt zu 100% weiter empfehlen! V&E

Excellente quinzaine, superbe maison!

Nous avons fortement apprécié nos deux semaines de vacances à Cenac. L’accueil a été adorable. Nous avons eu une très bonne explication sur le fonctionnement de la maison, des différents appareils électroménagers ( de très grande qualité), de la piscine, du jacuzzi et du sauna. Beaucoup de brochures ont été mises à notre disposition pour découvrir la région. La maison est très très agréable, grande, spacieuse, bien agencée, le garage pour garder la voiture au frais est juste génial, la piscine et le jacuzzi : tip top. Nous n’avons pas testé le sauna… la climatisation dans la maison est vraiment un plus très appréciable ! Nous avons eu plaisir à découvrir la ville de Bordeaux, les plages du Médoc, et toutes les ballades balisées dans le pays de l’entre deux mers. Nous avons découvert les ballades dans les vignes avec les châteaux et belles demeures autour. Et quel plaisir de se reposer au bord de la piscine, les après-midis, après 4 h de marche dans les vignes. Bref un très bon séjour !! Malgré cela, trois petits points négatifs qui expliquent les 4 étoiles … car tout n’est pas jamais parfait : 1/ dans l’annonce, j’ai choisi volontairement une villa 4 chambres car lors de mes longues nuits d’insomnie, je vais souvent bouquiner et finir par m’endormir dans une autre chambre afin de ne pas perturber le sommeil de mon mari. Or quelle ne fut pas ma déception de voir que nous n’avions que 3 chambres à notre disposition. Si j’ai fait le choix de louer une villa 4 chambres, comme indiqué dans l’annonce, c’est bien que nous avions envie d’en avoir 4 à notre disposition et nous avons payé un prix de location qui correspond à une villa 4 chambres…. 2/ Pour une villa de luxe qui peut accueillir 6 personnes, pourquoi n’y a-t-il que deux transats (ou bains de soleil)? Nous avons passé 2 semaines à nous les disputer… Bouquiner au bord de l’eau dans des fauteuils plastiques est loin d’être confortable…. 3/ Nous aurions préféré que la caution de deux mille euros réclamée, le premier soir, par texto, ait été mentionnée au préalable. C’est tout à fait normal de laisser une caution pour une telle villa, mais la façon de la réclamer fut un peu cavalière…

Bjr Marie, nous sommes déçus de lire votre mécontentement et sommes désolés de ne pas avoir atteint vos attentes. 1/ Ouvrir une chambre de plus pour votre confort aurait été fait si vous l'aviez sollicité d'autant que nous avions proposé de nous déplacer si vous aviez un besoin quelconque ne pouvant être solutionné par tph. 2/ Personne ne s'était jamais plaint concernant le confort offert autour de la piscine, je prends note. 3/ La caution n'est pas intégrée dans l'annonce car sinon elle aurait été ENCAISSEE par le site dès votre premier paiement pour être remboursée 13 mois plus tard, je n'imagine pas une seconde ce mode de fonctionnement avec nos estivants...... Cela vous a été expliqué par un sms certes (oubli à l'arrivée/remise des clés) mais si vous avez pris cela pour une réclamation cela n'était pas mon intention. Je suis plutôt d'une nature communicante et non agressive....

Entspannung pur

Wir waren 7 Tage in diesem superschönen Haus mit unserem Sohn zu Gast und haben den Komfort, die hochwertige Ausstattung inkl. tollen Pool und Jacuzzi sowie die Klimaanlage (39° Außentemperatur während unseres Urlaubs) sehr genossen. Die Kommunikation mit Loic funktionierte reibungslos, schnell, freundlich und professionell. Wir kommen gerne wieder, wenn wir mal wieder in der Ecke Urlaub machen.

Traumhafter Urlaub

Wir haben wunderbare 2 Wochen in Sophie und Loics Haus verbracht! Es hat einfach alles gestimmt, angefangen vom herrlich großen Pool und Jacuzzi, an kühleren Abenden, bis hin zu Plancha und großen Wohnküche. Wir haben unsere Zeit sehr genossen und werden bestimmt mal wiederkommen. Ein großes Plus die Garage, so dass die Autos auch an heißen Tagen kühl geblieben sind. Ruhig gelegen, um entspannt den Tag am Pool zu verbringen und nah genug, um Bordeaux und Arcachon zu erleben.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la maison de Loic et Sophie. La maison est vraiment très agréable et très spacieuse. Superbe piscine , idéal pour séjour avec ados et jeunes enfants. Proche Bordeaux. Je recommande 100%.

Très bon séjour à recommander

Nous avons passé une semaine agréable malgré un temps mitigé. La maison est très grande, très bien équipée avec des propriétaires très disponibles et à l’écoute. Logement très bien situé à proximité de Bordeaux et juste à côté d’un supermarché. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette superbe maison spacieuse très bien équipée (serviettes et peignoirs mis à disposition). Maison très propre et bien entretenue. L’environnement est très agréable, entouré de végétation.

Séjour reposant

Petit coin paisible et reposant, les propriétaires sont accueillants et de bons conseils, nous avons pu profiter de la piscine chauffée avec nos enfants et du spa pour la détente, la villa est spacieuse et bien équipée. A 15 minutes de Bordeaux, merveilleuse ville à visiter Nous avons passé de bonnes vacances en familles, les enfants se sont bien amusés.

Superbes vacances en famille

Nous avons passé de très belles vacances en famille (avec nos 2 enfants) dans la belle villa de Loic et Sophie. Nous avons pu combiner de belles balades (Bordeaux, Arcachon, Saint Emilion, et les environs) principalement en première partie de la journée pour éviter les fortes chaleurs en milieu d’après midi de certaines journées, puis nous avons donc pu profiter de la maison et de tout son confort (espace, équipements, climatisation, etc...) et plus particulièrement de la piscine chauffée et du jacuzzi. L’accueil a également était très agréable. Nous recommandons donc certainement la villa de Loic et Sophie!
