Jesus was lovely and helped us get settled. We loved the location, and the balcony over the Marina was spectacular. Pool is beautiful!

Fabulous location

What a great location to watch the boats, pelicans and sea lions. There are many restaurants and souvenir shops within walking distance around the marina and outside on adjoining streets. Our whale watching departure was steps away.

Everything you need for great Cabo vacation. There is no elevator so some steps involved. Had everything I needed.

Love it

This was our second time back And we loved our stages as much as the first time. Great view of the marina. Clean studio. Comfortable bed I definitely wanna go back.

Great location

We had a wonderful stay - just my husband and I. The condo had everything- nice little kitchen, pots and pans, dishes, spices to cook. Great balcony overlooking the Marina. Easy walk to the beach and the condo had an umbrella, cooler , and chairs for the beach. 5 blocks from Walmart was convenient. Great stay! We would come back again!

Best balcony view

Place is cozy and compact but we loved it. Front desk staff (mostly you Jadi) were wonderful. Front desk arranged for a big laundry load to be done. g, back the next night for 220 pesos.

Perfect for a solo traveler, great views!

Clean and cozy condo with great marina viewsvday and night. Small, but includes everythi ng you need to get your next daily adventure started. Lots of shops and restaurants around, pretty pricey area for Mexico. I think. Desk guy is great and will help you with anything you need...tip him accordingly ad he will look out for you.

Excellent Location and Comfortable

I wrapped up a 5 day stay in Marina Cabo Plaza. The studio apartment was adequately sized for a solo traveler or even a couple. It was clean and comfortable. The location is excellent to walk to Medano beach (5+ min) if you desire to be at a swimmable area. It's at one end of the boardwalk of the Marina and you pass so many shopping and food establishments along the way. Most excursions are from the opposite end which was close to 15+ min walk. You're also about 15-20min walk from anything downtown or further in where the locals are.

Wonderful Vistas

My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights in early March before moving on to San Jose del Cabo for another few days. We actually regret not staying at this fantastic condo longer because we loved it so much. Why you ask ? Location, location. The balcony of our condo was practically right on top of the Marina where we would be entertained endlessly by the ships coming and going, seals swimming about and pelicans swooping about. All while being surrounded by the beautiful hills and vista's available. The apartment had everything we needed and was super clean. We could walk to Medano Beach in about 5 minutes and there are 2 beach chairs and an umbrella in the closet. Perfect stay and we recommend it highly
