This Self Catering well Furnished / Equipped 2 Bedroom, 1st floor apt in Lorcrimar III has views to the Pool & Community Gardens, & offers full Facilities to include Air Conditioning, Ceiling Fans in the Bedrooms, Satellite TV, DVD player, Music Centre, fully fitted Kitchen with Dishwasher, Washing Machine, Fridge/Freezer, Oven, Hob & Microwave, & has a South West facing sunny Terrace, with Table & Chairs for 4 people, 2 Sun Loungers, & 2 Reclining Chair's which can be used around the pool. The Living Area seats 4 comfortably, & the Dining Area seats 6. CDs & a good selection of books are available for your use.
The apartment Complex has a large Swimming Pool, & separate Children's Pool, Paddle Tennis Courts, & an International Tennis Club located opposite. There is a Lifeguard in attendance during July & August, making the pool a safe area for your Children.
The Apartment is situated in a Secure & Gated complex, has it's own Private underground Parking Space, & is only 15 mins walk from the center of Puerto Banus, & the nearby beach, & is situated within Golf Valley, & has easy access to over 40 golf courses in particular La Quinta, Los Naranjos, Aloha and Las Brisas. It is a mere stroll to local Restaurants, Bars & Facilities, & only 40 minutes drive from Malaga Airport.
Ideal for Golfers, Families or Friends, the perfect Holiday Rental.

FOOT PASSENGERS:
For those of you not wishing to hire a Car, there are several local Restaurants, & Bars only 5 min walk away, offering choice enough not to even need to venture into Puerto Banus to dine. The local Puerto Banus market which sets up on a Saturday morning, near the recently renovated Bull Ring, is internationally famous, & there is a good selection of Restaurants, Designer Shops &, Bars in this area too, only 20 min walk.
Puerto Banus with its bustling Marina, shops, & the all famous department store El Corte Ingles. This area comes alive in the evening with Bars, Restaurants, & Nightclubs, many of the Shops remaining open well after 10pm. The nearby Spanish town of San Pedro has many Restaurants, & Shops, & a great Market on a Thursday morning for all those gifts you wish to buy, to take home. Marbella is only a 15 minute drive with its lazy Promenade, & endless Designer Shops.
DAY TRIPS: The famous historic town of Ronda with its spectacular cliff top setting, is only an hours drive. Gibraltar Rock, the British Colony famous for it’s considerably cheap, Duty Free Tobacco, Spirits, & the Barbary Apes, & St Michaels Cave’s, rising up out of the Mediterranean, is quite impressive on approach, this too is no more than 1 hour from Puerto Banus. There are children’s Leisure, & Water parks in Benalmadena, & the famous Selwo Safari Park is only 20 minute drive.
Day trips can easily be arranged, to Tarifa with its superb Surfing Beaches. Jerez with its internationally famous Dancing Horses, & Wine Bodegas (notably Harveys), where you can sample the wines. Cordoba to see the famed Mosque, & Olive Mills, and Seville being one of Andalucias largest cities, is steeped in history. Or simply visit the beautiful lakes of El Chorro north west of Malaga, where activities such as Climbing, Caving, Walking, & Mountain Biking take place. Madrid is now only 2 hrs by train from Malaga, Portugal 3 hrs by road, & Morocco 1 hr. The options are endless!

I really don’t feel the photos do this apartment justice … Sue has been wonderful from time of booking, with excellent communication, recommendations of restaurants, meeting us to hand over key etc. The apartment - great size for a family of 4. Well equipped kitchen. Balcony is a good size and overlooks the pool. Shady in the mornings for breakfast and then has full sun by mid afternoon but has an awning which is great. Location - 15 minutes walk to local mini-market. 30 minute walk to victors beach. 15 - 20 minute walk to Puerto Banus. We hired a car so we could get around visiting places such as San Pedro beach, Bioparc, Waterpark, and the Cable Cars. Also, essential if need to do a big shop at the Mercadona! Pool - perfect size and clean. Lifeguard. Very quiet. Writing this review whilst sat by the pool, with my husband and 2 sons (ages 6 & 8). We have all had a great time here and will hopefully return.

Lovely well appointed comfortable apartment , within walking distance to the Beach and Puerto Banus
Very nice apartment on first floor overlooking the pool and garden area . It was very quiet and sometimes we had the pool to ourselves. West facing balcony so cool in the morning for breakfast and sit and watch the sunset in the evening . All the amenities of home and very comfortable beds . A fifteen minute walk to the beach or around 25 minutes to Puerto Banus Marina where there are many Restauarants /shops . Marbella center with it's many shops/restaurants was a 10 minute taxi ride away

Brilliant Apartment Ideally Located

Home from home
Lovely apartment. Everything you could need. So comfortable you feel like your at home. Everything so clean. Pool is great and gardens well maintained. For anyone staying we would recommend the snack bar behind the casino for any meal during the day or at night. It is only 5 min walk from appartment and it is good price and food is lush there is also a sports bar right next to it. It is called a snack bar but it is more a restaurant. There is a good size supermarket busy opening now right next to it for anything you may need. We would recommend staying at this appartment. Personally we found Puerto banus expensive we loved our stay but will not return but anyone coming I would advise to stay here. Sue and dougie who looks after the appartment is so helpful.

Very Impressive homely accomodation with excellent service
My family and I had a very warm reception despite our late arrival on a Friday evening. Sue was kind enough to show us round the apartment and also led us to were could have dinner that night. She checked on us again to ensure we settled in nicely and if we were okay. The apartment was secure, clean, comfortable and fully functional as described. The entire complex and grounds are well maintained, quiet and close enough to everything you need. I definitely recommend staying here and I see us booking it again in the very near future.

Lovely Apartment on a Beautiful Complex
This is a lovely apartment located in a good position on a very well maintained beautiful complex. The apartment is within walking distance of the beaches and the centre of Puerto Banus with nice restaurants close by. Sue was very helpful and flexible with the arrangements for our stay. We had a great holiday and would be happy to return in future.

Excellent holiday apartment
I stayed here with 3 friends on a girls holiday. The apartment looks exactly like the photos and is really clean and spacious with a view of the pool. The apartment has eveything you need and is also in a prime location, around a 10 minute walk to the port and beach, a taxi is around €5. We loved Marbella and will definitely stay here again when I return.

A beautiful stay in a very nice area
The trip met all Our expectations. The booking went well, trip down and to the apartment. A good description was given by our contact Sue. Is was our first booking through HomeAway and we will use it again. All pictures and descriptions were according to the actual site. A nice welcome without any waiting, apartment ready and clean with all the facilities there as promised. The area was very nice with good security. Nice secure underground parking for our car together with the short distances to the beach, shops and neighbourhood. Perfect location!
Sue and Dougy are perfect hosts and available in case you need them. Their advices were very useful. I stayed there with 3 friends for 16 and I would recommend this either you are with you family or your friends. There is no difference between the pictures and the apartment. Everything was like Sue described it. The landscape is beautiful (in the foreground: the pool, background: the Mediterranean sea) The residence has a security agent and a lifeguard is along the swimming pool during working hours. The beach, restaurants and bars are located at a short walking distance from the apartment. I will finish my with these 4 words: I’ll be back! @Sue: everything was perfect. Thanks again. It's a 5/5 from all of us. With some wifi in the apartment it would be a 6/5. Best regards and hope to see you next year, Marina

Quiero agradecer a Sue lo formal y encantadora que ha sido en todo momento ya que cuando alquilas un apartamento,no sabes muy bien que te vas a encontrar y Sue ha estado pendiente en todo momento de nosotras.El apartamento esta impecable,es muy bonito y la urbanización muy cuidada y tranquila.Se puede llagar andando a Puerto Banus y a la playa pero si se dispone de coche,es mejor. Si podemos repetir el proximo año lo haremos sin ninguna duda. Quiero agradecer igualmente a Home away lo profesionales que son.

Great location, lovely apartment
The apartment is lovely with a great view of the pool. The location of the apartment is about a 15 / 20 minute walk into the centre if Puerto Banus. The grounds of the complex are immaculate and the building very well maintained and our apartment was very clean and well presented. Within a 10 minute walk there is the H10 Hotel which serve some fab cocktails which were very reasonably priced, and little further along from the H10 you can find La Sala Restaurant and it's adjoining nightclub AqwaMist which are both fantastic. Due to the apartment's location it is great for people who would like to be able to get away from it all (i.e. by spending the day in the beautiful grounds by the pool,, where is it lovely and peaceful), but who would also not like to be too far away from the buzz of Puerto Banus. The customer service which we received from the management (Sue and Dougy) was excellent. I would certainly recommend the apartment.

A 1st class apartment Sue! Excellent facilities,clean,bright and fresh in a location not too near to the centre,not too far to stroll to and from the centre any time of day or night! The written instructions available were most useful and Sue dealt with our particular needs for transport to a family wedding without fuss or delay - thank you! The grounds are very tranquil and well tended and the pool is clean and inviting with a separate child safe pool. We had a most relaxing stay and would have no qualms about a return. Great value too!

Super Golf Trip
Myself and 2 of the lads went to Neuva Andalucia for a golf trip and we booked this apartment through Sue. The apratment itself was exactly as described and we found it extreamly comfortable and it is very well situated to the many local golf clubs and of cousre to the town of Puerto Banus for the evening festivities and settling of bets. The aprtment was very clean and Sue was very helpful in giving directions to the local golf clubs and restuarants. The pool area was super to relax in after a hard day on the golf course, the main pool was very large and was well maintained. As a venue for lads it was absolutely super, and I noticed that it would also make a great location of a family holiday. We will definitely be back. Dave, Dublin Ireland

Good experience and wonderful holidays.
Finally I found the flat I was looking for by the good price. I wrote to the proprietary in order to quarrel some things and I received the answer immediately. I didn’t wait even for one day to receive any information I was needed. Susan was very helpful and attentive in everything. Such things help to get a confidence and tranquility that you are not going to be defrauded. Thank you Sue! It is the same apartment you can see on the photo, new, comfortable, well equipped and very clean. It is very well located, close to everything, to the centre, "Puerto Banus", to the beach. You can enjoy a nice swimming pool in the garden if you don’t want to go to the beach, it is quite and lovely place. If you are looking for the nice apartment to spend your holidays with the family, friends or with the couple you found it!! Elena.

My wonderfull holiday in Puerto Banus
well, what shuld I say? First of all, to book this apartment was very smooth, thanks for Sue. We chnaged some e-mail, she was absolutely helpful in everything, she elclosed a whole list about the apartment, how we can get there and what are the interesting places to see. The apartmant itself was well equipped, clean when we arrived. If you book it you can count for a totally comfortable flat whit a lovely pool in the garden. You don't have to hie the car if you don't plan any travelling from puerto Banus, because everything is easliy reach on foot (like beach, the "port", the night life) But if you don't want to spend all of your days in place, hire a car before you arrive, as this place is very busy, that I'm not sure you can hire when you get there. So in one word, go there, book this appartment, and you will have a very enjoyable holiday, as we had. Maria
