Beautiful Beach Cottage w/ Private Heated Pool & Spa - Heart of Sunset Beach

Come enjoy the Beach Today! This quaint cottage has 2 bedroom 1 bathroom located steps from the beach. It is fully equipped and furnished with luxury linens on brand new queen size beds. Each bedroom has a matching chest for plenty of clothes storage. There is a brand new washer and dryer in one of the bedrooms for your convenience. The large living room is perfect for entertaining and relaxing after a full day at the beach or one of the local establishments. In the living room, there is a brand new sectional coach that converts to a sleeper sofa. And if you need a little in-house entertaining, we have a few board games for your entertainment. The cottage is located in Treasure Island, Sunset Beach, 1 block from the beautiful sandy beach featuring the best sunsets and the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The entire cottage was recently renovated, new paint, all new floor tiles, a total beach theme. The kitchen has a full size refrigerator, a microwave, cooktop and range, blender, toaster, Keurig coffee maker, and knife set. The cottage has FREE wireless internet and a Smart Samsung 60" HD ROKU TV located in the living room and also 32" ROKU TV's are in each bedroom. YouTube TV is our streaming service for your use for FREE as well as all the other streaming shows are available on the SmartTV's. There is an iron and ironing board for your use as well. We recently added a Pool Heater keeping the pool warm year-round and the Spa heats in under 15 minutes to up to 104 degrees...so relax and enjoy!

The cottage is within walking distance of several bars and restaurants like the Caddy's Beach Bar, Ka Tiki (locals favorite), Ricky T's, SeaDogs and Sloppy Joes. Free Beach Ride & Island Hoppers offer a free ride for a tip to and from all of these local establishments if you prefer to ride. Uber k&^ Lyft also service the area and are another very convenient means to getting to downtown St. Pete, Johns Pass, Madeira or farther - frankly, once you are on Sunset Beach, you wont want to leave, for there is no reason too. You will love this area and the Beach Cottage.

The property is entirely fence in so it is very private. The exterior of the property is under video surveillance for your and our protection. The heated pool and spa are available for your use and a great way to cool off from a hot day on the beach. Many water sports like jet ski's, dolphin watch tours, boats, island hop tours, etc., etc. are all available for rental just minutes away. Sunset Beach is the Gem of Treasure Island, that is why it is such a sought after, popular property, like no where else in the area...believe me, we know...we live here! Your host Robb & Ivette

Fabulous

From beginning to end, our stay was absolutely delightful. The owners were incredibly accommodating, going so far as to allow us early entry to the property when our flight arrived ahead of schedule. The place itself was charming and impeccably clean. We would not hesitate to book this property again in the future. This place was definitely 5 stars.

Amazing Cottage!

We stayed at this cute cottage with some friends and it was such a great place - the last few days we were constantly saying we'd love to come back here! The cottage itself was decorated adorably, the beds were comfortable, and it was very clean. The hosts were absolutely AMAZING - always available if we needed something and truly care about you having a good experience. Check-in and check-out was a breeze! We loved the pool and hot tub. Going in February, it was a bit chilly at night but the hot tub was great. The hosts even warmed up the pool for us during the day so it was warm at night! :) We also had a great time on the dock - where we caught SO many varieties of fish! And, one of our favorite parts was seeing the dolphins every day. They were so active throughout the day, and even into the night! We definitely plan on coming back to this adorable and convenient property! Thank you Ivette and Robb for your hospitality :)

Total Relaxation

My husband and I were able to relax in this wonderful beach cottage. The owners made us feel welcomed and gave us privacy during our stay. Having the pool and spa to ourselves was such a treat. We only walked the beach (very short walk to it) since the weather wasn’t warm enough, however the owners had everything you’d need for a beach day. We would highly recommend staying here! Thanks so much Robb & Ivette for going above & beyond from check in to check out! Go Bucks!

Happy relaxing get-away!

When unforseen circumstances prevented my trip, the hosts worked with me to reschedule and make it happen later. The owners are friendly and unobtrusive, super responsive and helpful. We enjoyed being a block from the beach and a short walk or drive to fun restauraunts. The dali museum was excellent - a must visit! We were comfortable and happy and really enjoyed this cheerful little beach-y house!

Cloudy Day Fun!

Rob and Ivette are delightful and the sweet home was immaculate! Weather was a bit cold and cloudy but we still had a great time as they kept the spacious hot tub ready to go! Perfect home if the weather is not cooperating! We would love to return!

Everything was exceptional from the moment we arrived. Not only was the house comfortable and cozy, the grounds absolutely stunning but the Robb and Ivette were the best hosts we’ve ever had. Amazing vacation at Sunset Beach

I hesitated renting a property with the owners on site and so close but after renting this way I can say I preferred it. Robb & Ivette Miljus were so hospitable and kind. They gave us all the privacy we needed. The cottage has everything you need. They have thought of everything. Ivette even left after sun lotion and aloe out after I mentioned my daughter tends to burn. The cottage is perfectly located a small block from the beach. Others stated it’s a three minute walk and that was exactly what it was.. we walked barefoot to the beach entire time. The dock out back is also amazing. We saw dolphins from a distance and our last day they swam right up to is on the dock. We already planned to return but that sealed the deal.

Beautiful Place with Great Accommodations

This property is beautiful! It’s your own little home away from home. The house is clean and has all the amenities you need while being away from home. It’s a very short walk to the beach which is not overly crowded at all. The backyard pool and hot tub area make you feel like you have a private resort all to yourself. Ivette and Robb are great hosts and were available at a moments notice for questions about the property or where to go to eat. Ivette even brought us Aloe on the last day for our sunburns! All in all this was a trip of a lifetime and it made us feel like we were in paradise. We will certainly come back and we will recommend this place to everyone we know! Thanks again!

Birthday Getaway

I can't say enough good things about this beautiful cottage. It was just right for the two of us, but we could have easily added another couple. The Beach Cottage is extremely clean, convenient, and very private. The pool and sauna are not only temperature controlled , but right outside the doorway. With a beautiful view of the canal and a very easy walk to the beach, we couldn't have asked for more. Rob and Ivette are so kind and accommodating. Just a wonderful experience

Staying in paradise

I recommend this cute cottage. The cottage is very nice, fishing dock, pool and location all good. Host are very nice and accommodating. Beds are extremely comfortable, well stocked kitchen.

YES!!!

We were sorry to leave our Treasure Island ‘hideaway’. Our hosts were friendly, helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay awesome. We particularly enjoyed drinking coffee on the intercoastal waterway and managed to see some dolphins! Our time spent in the pool and hot tub/spa were more than relaxing. Please do not hesitate to rent from Yvette and Robb!

Great getaway

Hosts with the most!

Where to even start? After being together for about a year, we planned this trip and fell in love with the pictures alone. Little did we know the trip itself would send us in an upwind of amazing memories to last a lifetime! Being on vacation while also feeling at home, is the best feeling and that’s exactly what this amazing place did for us! From the cleanliness, to the amenities, from the sea vibe to the most comfortable beds! Got any questions about how to use the tv? Need a great place to eat? Rob and Ivette provided a nicely organized clip behind the entrance door! With a small bag cooler as well! It was absolutely like staying in your own personal villa! Even so the neighbors are the owners, the privacy was at its best! Any time we crossed paths, they made sure to ask if we needed anything and asked how our stay is going! Non-invasive!! In fact, we ended up hanging out with them a couple times because they were so kind and generous! Everything you want to do is so close too! The amazing sunset beach was our absolute favorite spot and it was only a short bike ride away! Us as a couple talked at the dock, listened to music, watched for dolphins, attempted (and failed lol) paddle boarding and always came “home” feeling comfortable. We will be returning for years to come as long as Rob and Ivette will have us! Thank you so much!

Wonderful experience!

Robb and Yvette are the best and most accommodating hosts! The cottage is cozy and clean. Beds are very comfy as well. The area outside the cottage are all yours as well. Pool and spa are just right and the dock has some pretty good fishing too. Plenty areas to sit and relax. A+++

NO PRIVACY BY OWNERS ON THE RENTED PROPERTY

This was the WORST experience I ever had and my family travels all the time. I contacted the owners before arriving and asked about children being allowed and they approved. We got there and the place felt life a detached garage RIGHT ON THEIR PROPERTY!!! Everywhere you go on their property you could be watched, which they did!! You have to walk around the side of their house and stand in front of their big windows when you are on the fishing dock. You are watched by either windows or cameras!! The entrance of the pool is about 10 steps to their front door! Every time they walk out of their house they have to walk past you!! NO PRIVACY!!! The husband came out of the house and he showed us how to work a few things. We mentioned to him that a family that we are friends with are staying right down the street and they were here several days before we arrived and were leaving soon. We asked permission to invite them over to swim and fish before they leave. He asked if the family were 2 adults. I said 2 adults and 2 children. He said yes that would be OK. The second day we were gone the whole day by hanging out on the beach at our friend's condo. We then agreed that they could come to our place at 8:00 pm to fish and swim. I paid a lot of money to rent this garage like place with a private pool and dock, which I thought was private!!! Well, the owners came back from dinner and drinks at 11 pm on a Saturday, and the wife immediately became confrontational asking me to ENLIGHTEN her why this family was here. SCREAMING that kids are a liability for her. She never wanted kids on her property. She was swearing in front of the children and everyone felt something was wrong with her. We mentioned to her that we asked her husband for permission and he said it would be OK before we invited a family over to swim and fish. It was disgraceful on how the woman acted when we paid a lot to stay at a place with no privacy. We did not sleep well at all that night. My kids did not even want to sleep in the separate bedroom. My husband said we do not want to stay at a place like this when you work so hard to travel. We stayed there for 2 nights and the owners at first would not refund us the 7 remaining nights that we did not stay. Finally, we just wanted to leave and agreed on a major monetary loss. We just wanted to leave and enjoy our vacation! We went up the street and stayed at a great place that allowed a family to laugh, swim, and fish and make great memories!

Wonderful VRBO Experience

Can't say enough about this place. It was comfortable, well equipped, quiet, private and location was really convenient for beach access and a short walk or drive to bars and restaurants. Not sure if I missed anything other than to say the hosts were there for anything you would need, if you needed something. We really appreciated their hospitality and respect for privacy at the same time. This home comes highly recommended by my wife and I. We would not hesitate to come again. 25th Wedding Anniversary

Upon our arrival, it quickly became obvious to us both that Robb and Ivette take great pride in ensuring they provide the best possible guest experience that they can. Knowing beforehand that it was our 25th anniversary trip, they went the extra mile and welcomed us with a card and a bottle of champagne in the fridge. As we settled in for our stay, we noticed that almost everywhere we looked, indications of their attention to detail were present to assist us in our stay (personal hygiene basics, laundry soap, a cooler, beach towels and equipment, bikes, the list could go on and on)! We enjoyed the privacy of the cottage and were amazed to how quickly we became accustomed to the "island life". The private pool, spa, dock, and a short walk to the beach, or bike ride to local restaurants were all aspects that we enjoyed. Most importantly to us, we left to return home feeling as if we had gained some great new friends in Robb and Ivette! We were truly saddened to leave our shortly "rented" island paradise, but we certainly plan on returning again in the future!! Chad & Jill

Best hosts with the best location

Have you ever looked at the beautiful pictures of a property listing and been a little disappointed when you arrived to not find it quite as wonderful as you thought it would be? THIS WILL NOT BE THE CASE IF YOU BOOK WITH ROB AND IVETTE! The property is even better than its pictures. Family Reconnect

Robb & Ivette’s Beautiful Beach Cottage is a slice of paradise, the cottage has everything you would need for home away from home with all the great amenities. The interior decor of the cottage is beachy chic with handmade & local artists furnishings that add to the beauty of the cottage. The kitchen, living room, bedrooms & bathroom are very comfortable and have everything you need or want. The exterior of the Cottage is absolutely beautiful, they have thought of everything (gave us some ideas) from the grounds, heated saltwater pool & spa to the outdoor cooking/seating and the pool lounge seating is spot on. The pristine beach is a 3-minute walk & they provide all the necessities needed for a great beach day. Our trip was to spend time with family that live in Florida and Robb & Ivette were more than accommodating with our additional family/friend that came a few times along with accommodating my sister & niece to spend the night it meant a lot. The early check-in & if needed late check-out was a great bonus that we really appreciated. Overview, our trip was wonderful and one to remember, it is always great to reconnect with family and Robb & Ivette provided that. If you are looking to book this slice of paradise you will not be disappointed the cottage, amenities, location & beach is a hidden gem. A Hidden Gem on Sunset Beach

This Cottage was a perfect pick for us we had four adults staying here in two bedrooms plenty of space. It was more than you can ask for with a private pool and a hot tub great sitting area with a grill and a beautiful dock area to walk out and do whatever we wanted on the intercoastal on the property. Ivette and Rob, came out and introduced their self upon our arrival and gave us all of the information about the property that we needed. They let us know that the property was to be used as if it was our own, and made all of us feel very comfortable and at home. They are great people and I would definitely recommend this place to stay for anyone. Thanks again Rob and Ivette. Best wishes from the Welch and Robert's families.

Cottage Getaway!

We can’t say enough good things about our visit to Robb & Ivettes Cottage! The cottage is even better in person. It is well appointed and had everything we could need and more. The indoor areas are furnished in a fun beach vibe and all furniture was comfortable and stylish! Kitchen had everything we needed and the outdoor kitchen area worked great for a cookout! The entire outdoor areas were wonderful! The pool and spa were our favorites but being able to relax on the outdoor couch in the evening to visit was so nice too. Robb and Ivette are wonderful hosts and we are so thankful to have had the opportunity to meet them and stay at their place. Hopefully we can go back again!

What an absolutely charming and relaxing property.

This is the place to stay. The cottage is clean, well stocked with everything you need, with a lovely private pool and only a few minutes walk to the beach. The owners, Robb and Ivette could not be nicer and are very accommodating. They are there when you need them but do not encroach on your space or privacy. The pool is so relaxing and beach access is a breeze. The cottage makes any visit a success.

It is SO difficult to find a PRIVATE heated pool and spa on Sunset Beach. Rather than share the pool with all the residents, our private outdoor living area is perfect either before you head to the beach, or after a long day sunning at the beach. The property has an outdoor kitchen with Gas Grill, Heated Pool & Spa, plenty of lounge chairs for outdoor living, or a nap after a long day. Ka' Tiki and Caddys are a short walk away, perfect times with friends and lots of new fond memories.

The property consist of a main house and the cottage. The entire property is fenced in for privacy. You will find lush gardens, palm trees, cacti, an outdoor kitchen with gas grill, outdoor showers to rinse off, beach toys and chairs for your use, a PRIVATE large heated pool & spa and lots of outdoor living area to relax, have beer, a glass or wine or whatever you wish after a nice day at the beach. Conveniently located to all the local establishments, yet just far enough away so that it is quiet and private. Come and enjoy!
