Overall a very nice experience. I didn’t pay a lot of attention to the rest of the comments regarding the area, so I was a little surprised because the surrounding area is a little “old” and run-down, but the property itself was very well kept and an excellent value. It definitely met our needs for a “pre-vacation” stop over for a family wedding in the area. The family property owner was very responsive to messages and made every attempt to be accommodating, even sending someone over to take care of bees when I mentioned it.

What a wonderful place to stay! The house was warm and welcome. It was very clean. We had family that needed somewhere to stay for a couple of hours until their hotel was ready. All of us were able enjoy each other and the games in the dining room. That was very special unexpected time. The host Carolyn has been a joy to correspond with and quick to respond back. I hope you choose this wonderful home for your next trip to Aiken.

Fun place

This was a fun place to stay. Convenient to town and everything we needed even though its not located directly in town. Plenty of space in the house and very comfortable. Great communication with the owner.

Great stay for the Aiken Horse Show

Quick Getaway

We had to book a last minute property for a family visit. The place is a little outdated but an overall nice stay. The fenced in backyard is perfect for our furry family.

Carol is an amazing host. Communication is great! Location is a little run down but her home is beautifully furnished, clean, and so spacious. We had everything we needed in the house although we didn’t use it other than the fridge. Wish we could’ve spend more time but it was a short stay. We will definitely be back!!

Home sweet home

We were very comfortable at Carol's place. Clean,well maintained,well stocked, all the comforts of home. The fenced in back yard was a dream come true for our pets.

We really enjoyed our stay at “Carol’s “Aiken’s Place . The host was very warm, friendly and welcoming. The house was ideal and helped to make our visit very pleasant. …it was Very clean and well stocked with practical household items. Great house and convenient location to everything. Unfortunately, the weather did not cooperate, and we could not enjoy the screened-in patio and backyard. We had a problem with the key lock box when we arrived, and called Mack, the maintenance man. He came right over, got us into the house, and cut new keys for us.
