Can Mir Ruth for six people with BBQ

Can Mir Ruth is a unique jewel in the heart of Puerto de Pollensa: independent, charming, surrounded by private grounds, located just a few steps from the sandy beach. With 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, common areas, this fully air-conditioned villa can accommodate up to 5 people in carefully renovated interiors, blending the charm of traditional Mallorcan villas with the most modern amenities. With a wide range of shops, bars, restaurants and attractions very close by, there is no need to rent a car!



Inside, the villa is on a single floor, offering a comfortable living room with dining area, an independent kitchen (with adjacent laundry room), a magnificent double bedroom with en-suite bathroom (bathtub + shower), a double bedroom, a single bedroom and a family toilet. The entire villa has air conditioning (included in the rental price at fixed hours, between 8pm-8am and 2pm-4pm).



In the exterior, the villa is surrounded by beautiful terraces and lawns, ideal for sunbathing, playing, or enjoying a delicious dinner. It has a barbecue and outdoor furniture to enjoy unforgettable evenings together. But with such a unique location just a few steps from the sea, the choice will not be difficult!



At the rear of the villa, there is an annex used as a storage area, so it is not occupied and does not interfere with the privacy of guests staying at Can Mir Ruth.



The tourist tax is included in the price.



Information to take into account:



In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office.



On the check-out day, no rubbish should be left on the property. Guests must remove it; otherwise, a charge of 150 € will be applied for waste management.



The guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021, of 26 October) and Greece (Law 4446/2016), therefore near your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link for the registration of all guests.

We had a great time. The house is a bit 'rustic' in terms of decor but the air con worked, the pool was great, the location is suberb and the management company were attentive & prompt if we needed them.

Could be amazing but needs updating.

This villa is in a great location, near the beach, shops and restaurants.The kitchen is great with a range of utensils and appliances, however the dishwasher wasn’t good and we had to rewash a lot of items.The pool is really cute, lovely to be able to have a refreshing dip when the sun was hotting up. The sun-beds were not comfortable at all, some of the bars had warped and would dig into your body, these need replacing.The outdoor furniture was very shabby with uncomfortable chairs, the metal on the chair feet was crumbling away so you had to be careful where you stood. The owners could really do with investing in a lovely outdoor sofa or similar with cushions for chilling out on.We found a fishing weight with line and sharp hooks on it just left on the drive way, could have been nasty if we’d had young children running round barefoot.Our major issue was the air con, it kept breaking down and we spent 4 of the 7 days contacting the property management company. They did come and fix it but they then left the wrong controller for it which meant no air con and again we had to contact them to resolve the issue. The house is cute, traditional and has real charm but definitely needs a refresh and update. It smells musty, curtain poles aren’t secure, bathroom tiles/grout need a good scrub, new bedding would be good too. Unfortunately we wouldn’t stay here again.

Fantastic Location

Property is in a fantastic location with beach less than a 5 min walk as well as shops and restaurants etc. Decor is a little tired and could do with a freshen up but good quality of fixtures etc and had all amenities. Gardens were lovely and great to have our own pool but perhaps a small patio or pathway from the raised patio to the pool otherwise we were walking in muddy grass and trailing it back into the house. Overall, it was very good value for money in a great location and with a few upgrades could be a fantastic property
