Beautiful villa in a perfect location, quiet and peaceful but only a 20 min walk to the beachfront. Car would be required for food etc and lidl is only a 5/10 minute drive away. Brilliant hosts and management by Owl Booking who are very helpful with quick and efficient communication. Just returned from our second stay at Villa Moya and there will be more! Thank you.

Perfect for a family of 4

This delightful villa met all our expectations and has everything you would need for a private and relaxing stay near the Port of Pollensa. The outdoor areas are particularly spacious and pleasant - the villa is totally secluded with wonderful views of the surrounding hills. The additional shower and kitchen area by the pool is very useful and the various games, books and ping pong plus welcome pack were much appreciated. The only downside is not something that can be improved upon- the road to the villa is very narrow for large cars and there is no direct route to the beach area. The seafront is actually very close but there is no pedestrian cut through the fields and so, what could be a 10 minute walk is actually more like 25. No problem for bikes though - the stunning Cap de Formentor cycle is right on the doorstep

Just as advertised. Lovely finca with good size pool in lovely quiet and secluded gardens but only 20 mins easy walk from beaches and town square. Excellent communication with Property managers - OWL Highly recommended and will return

A fabulous villa with great swimming pool, outdoor space and amazing views. Staff at Owl Booking were first class in the service they provided. More little bowels for breakfast cereal, drinking glasses for water

Villa Moya

Lovely Villa great location just a 20 min walk into Port de Pollensa. Just some advise for anyone driving to the villa once you get to the iron bridge it looks like you cant go any further but go over the bridge and turn right then you will get there. We thought it was a dead end. Great holiday .

The Beautiful Villa Moya

We stayed for a week at Villa Moya as a party of 4. The Villa is well kept, very clean and well equipped.The pool is clean and a really good size.Pool towels and bath towels are provided and good quality. A welcome pack of food and drink is provided and is a good variety of products to start you off. The outside areas are clean, tidy spacious and quiet. The walk from the Villa to Puerto Pollenca takes about 15 to 20 minutes and is quite pleasant and keeps you in trim with all the nice restaurants in the area. We greatly enjoyed our stay and may return again at some point. Thank you to the Owners, Pep and all involved in the up keep of the Villa we had a great time and didn't want to leave after our week was up.

Gorgeous villa

We loved the villa and how peaceful it was. Beautiful views and the pool was lovely and villa was cool. We were very impressed with Owl booking. Kids enjoyed the pool table. Friends have seen our photos and asking for details. The end bedroom smelt damp and it was where a child got bitten badly by mosquitoes. Would be nice if there was a plug in already in that room. The pool table is v old compared to the photos and is not flat. It would have been ace if there was shade over the table tennis / pool table so we could have played in the day time but it was too hot. Also too windy for table tennis and table isn’t flat anymore so we weren’t able to use it. Would have been nice to know that Formentor beach had paddle boards/ pedallo as we asked owl booking and they directed us to pollensa beach but we never saw anything there. Luckily we drive to Formentor one evening. All Small details. Everything else was perfect. Thank you for a great holiday and making it all very easy.

Location amazing

Location of this villa is beautiful, with mountains all around an privacy . Behind you could hear the wild goats an baby kids . An goats an sheep beside you . In the silence of the morning you could hear the crow of the roosters down the road . The walk down into middle of Puerto pollensa took us about 30mins as wee had a 3yr old . The wheat an barley fields were beautiful. But a hard walk on a very warm day . The villa itself was well equipped , comfortable beds an plenty of space . Air conditioning in the 2 bedrooms . Beautiful outside with the grapevines an fig trees . It's lovely . We ate out most of time an found few lovely eating places , nicos an Dakota steak house . Also al fresco delivered a few nights near end of our holiday The reason it got 3 star from me is in my price I paid I was told I'd get a cleaner twice a week , we stayed 2 weeks an saw the cleaner once . She changed the beds an changed the towels . So I felt it unfair I was charged for a service we didn't receive . So we were lucky there was a washing machine we washed our towels . The pool was cleaned once too. The owner himself we didn't meet till we went to the office on our last day . But I have to say Alex was a lovely fella . Always helpful thank you Alex . Would I go back not sure .

Just beautiful!

We have recently returned from 2 weeks at Villa Moya and had a super time. The villa is perfect - as described, more beautiful even. The setting is stunning, in almost total seclusion overlooked by nothing other than the neighbouring sheep and the beautiful hills. The villa is really well equipped and we were even greeted with a lovely hamper of goodies for us and our children - thank you again! The gardens are just lovely, a great pool area, vineyards, fig trees where you can help yourself to the beautiful ripe figs. It's just beautiful. The owners take great care to ensure the property is immaculate. There was a problem with the filter in the pool when we arrived and they were round to fix it the following morning. We stayed with our 2 toddlers and they loved their holiday home! The outdoors area is great, sun if you want it or shade if you want it. And a separate barbecue building! And did I mention the pool table and table tennis? We never even got round to using it we had so much fun in the pool. The walk into town is flat - about 20 minutes to the first bit of beach, past some horses, chickens, goats and other beautiful villas - lots to entertain the little ones. 15 minutes to the supermarket. It's a little bit longer to get round to the gorgeous pine walk though but getting around Port de Pollenca isn't a problem at all, maybe a little too warm for the kids around lunchtime but that's due to the June heatwave! The pool soon refreshed us. I couldn't recommend this place more - we will certainly be returning here in the next few years. Port de Pollenca is lovely too - great restaurants, lovely beaches and really friendly people. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Great!

We had a fantastic weekend at this place. We were welcomed very kindly. Pep was ready to help anytime and was supportive when needed. He is certainly superb hosts. The house is spacious with a beautiful interior, and very clean and allowed for a pleasant stay. We hope to come back again. Thank you Pep!

Fantastic staying and holidays

We stayed at Villa Moya with my wife and children and have a fantastic time there. The house was ready at our arrival and Pep welcomed us very gently and kindly. There were fresh flowers at the living room and everything was clean. The kids enjoyed a lot the swimming pool and the table tennis too. I would like to repeat again!

Entspannter, kurzer Aufenthalt!

Wir haben die Unterkunft für einige Tage zu viert gemietet. Die Unterkunft ist ruhig gelegen, trotz dessen sind Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, der Strand und auch die Stadt Port de Pollenca schnell zu erreichen. Ein Auto ist hier durchaus von Vorteil. Der Pool, die Outdoorküche mit Grill und auch die möglichen Aktivitäten (Tischtennis & Billiard) sind sehr cool. Ansonsten ist das Haus in Ordnung ausgestattet. Die Schlafzimmer haben alle eine Klimaanlage. Es könnten jedoch einige Küchenutensilien (Pfannen, Töpfe etc.) erneuert werden und einige Basics (Öl, Essig, Salz, Pfeffer, Reinigungsmittel etc.) könnten ausreichend vorhanden sein. Auch die Sauberkeit könnte an einigen Punkten etwas besser sein (u.a. Armaturen, Ecken). Check-In & Check-Out und die Kommunikation haben sehr gut funktioniert. Grundsätzlich gerne wieder!

Renovierubgsbedürftigte Finca

Wer ruhe und Natur mag wird es hier lieben. Ein Auto ist empfehlenswert. Leider ist die Finca etwas verlebt. + gut ausgestattet (z.b viele Töpfe, deutlich mehr Geschirr als für 4 Personen) + Billiard/Tischtennis + Toast, Wurst und Milch gabs zur Begrüßung - schimmel im November in der gesamten Finca, dadurch, trotzt Lüften , immer ein modriger Geruch - Stromversorgung mangelhaft (wenn zb zwei Heizer, die Spülmaschine und der Fernseher läuft fliegen die Sicherungen raus ) Ist wohl ein bekanntes Problem: Zettel mit Info, was ist zu tun wenn?, liegt vor -für eine ganze Woche gabs nur eine Rolle Klopapier und ganze 3 Spülmaschinen Tabs.... -Duschkopf (Bad im Haus) ist ziemlich dahin Alles in allem eine schöne Finca mit toller Lage. Wie oben beschrieben aber leider nicht mehr ganz so gut in Schuss.

Liebe Maren, Vielen Dank für Ihren Besuch in der Villa Moya. Wir sind ein bisschen überrascht von der Bewertung, da wir einen hohen Durchschnittswert haben und die Gäste immer sehr zufrieden sind. Die Eigentümer sorgen dafür, dass alles gut funktioniert und sich in gutem Zustand befindet. Ich weiß, dass Ihre Woche sehr regnerisch war, was dazu gezwungen war, drinnen zu bleiben, und mallorquinische Häuser müssen wegen des feuchten Wetters lüften, um die Luft im Inneren zu erfrischen. Ist aber nicht immer wieder ein Problem im Haus. Die Pool-Engine hatte ein Problem, das manchmal dazu führte, dass die Schalter ausfielen, aber zum Glück ist es bereits behoben und alles funktioniert wieder. Es tut uns leid, dass Ihnen der rustikale Stil nicht gefallen hat. Vielleicht können wir Sie das nächste Mal an einem anderen Ort begrüßen. Wir freuen uns, dass Ihnen die Finca und die Lage insgesamt gefallen hat :) Nochmals vielen Dank für Ihren Besuch und viele Grüße aus Pollensa, Pep

Total relaxation to enjoy time with family.

Property tucked away down quiet lane but within a 20 min walk to shops and beach. It was a delightful view which ever way we looked. Very clean and well equipped.The pool was in constant use and cleaned during our week there.

Perfect little hideaway but close enough to town.

If you want peace and quiet then this location is perfect. It is off the beaten track but only about 25 minutes walk into town. A torch is required to walk home on an evening. The facilities are good and the pool is excellent they have tried to think of everything you may need. The instructions they provided were excellent and we had to contact owl bookings a couple of times and the response was quick. If you are expecting luxury this is not the place for you but if you are looking for an excellent clean villa in a beautiful location they I think you will struggle to find anything better than this.
