In fact it seems very strange that you are the only one of many guests who describes the apartment in such a negative and theatrical way. The stairs that can break? Ants everywhere? The husband who does not stand in the shower? (at check in her husband didn't seem that tall). We're sorry, but your description is extremely exaggerated. A pipe broke and we fixed it; no shots were fired, no injuries were reported. The compensation we awarded is the cost of four nights. The toilet was unblocked several times, and after you checked out, we had to dig up and open a pipe that was full of material not suitable for flushing.
