Escape to this charming and comfortable 3-bedroom cottage in the desirable Assembly Park community on beautiful Delavan Lake. Located on a quiet street with a partial lake view, this is a wonderful place for families and friends to relax, enjoy the lake, and experience everything the Delavan Lake area has to offer.
One of the best things about staying here is access to all that Assembly Park has to offer. You're just steps from the water and beach, with easy access to the association's parks and recreational amenities, including a basketball court, baseball diamond, shuffleboard, and playgrounds.
Bringing a boat? Guests can use the Association's private boat launch for easy access to Delavan Lake. We also have a pier available to rent separately, subject to availability. Please contact us for details if you would like to bring your boat.
Inside, the cottage features three bedrooms and one full bathroom. The first-floor bedroom has a queen bed and the convenience of a stackable washer and dryer. Upstairs are two large bedrooms—one with a double bed and a single bed, and another with a queen bed.
The main floor offers plenty of space for everyone to gather. The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, and microwave, along with a wonderful breakfast bar with seating for up to 8. There is also a large kitchen table, two comfortable sofas, and a recliner—perfect for relaxing after a day on the lake.
Large windows wrap around the cottage, bringing in plenty of natural light and offering a partial view of the lake. For your comfort during the summer, there is a large window air conditioner on the main floor and an air conditioner in each of the two upstairs bedrooms. Wi-Fi and a TV are also provided.
Outside, relax on the spacious back deck with a table, chairs, and grill—perfect for morning coffee, family meals, or grilling the fish you caught during the day! Situated on a lot and a half, the property also offers ample parking for at least 4 vehicles.
With the lake, beach, parks, recreational amenities, restaurants, shopping, and activities all nearby, this cozy cottage is a perfect home base for your Delavan Lake getaway.
