Charming, Quaint, Ocean View Cottage in Kennebunk Beach!

This quaint, no frills beach cottage is steps from Middle Beach (Rocky Beach) with ocean views. A quick walk to KBIA, Edgecomb and Webhannet. It is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath. Two of the bedrooms have a queen sized bed and the other has twin beds. 1 bathroom with standing shower (no tub) and second full bath. Full kitchen. Washer/dryer. No dishwasher. No Frills. Beach Cottage.

The home is adjacent to an apartment above garage that is also occupied - may be rented simultaneously. The properties share a two car garage. There is no access between the two homes.

Perfect for a family or two couples.

No cats. Dogs considered with deposit.

1/2 garage available for storage of beach supplies, etc.

Grab a beach chair and a book and walk 100 yards to rocky beach. Harris Lane is a fantastic location, you will love it!

We had a wonderful week by the sea in this diamond in the rough! Very cozy accommodation on a quiet street with sea views. Our host was very attentive to our needs and was easy to contact. We would not hesitate to come here again in the future.

Great Location

Perfect spot. Close to beaches and cottage was spotless. The only negative is the furniture needs attention to make it a bit more comfortable.Best part was the walk thru the neighborhoods. Walk along the water is nice too.

Amazing host!

Positives: * Amazing host. Communicated immediately to all questions and went out of her way to accommodate my family's stay. Brought us a bottle of wine! *Location of the house is great. Nice area for a vacation. Negatives: *No hand soap, shampoo or hair dryer in bathrooms, no extra kitchen amenities other than a salt and pepper shaker (no coffee). *Appliances and pots and pans were rustic. Overall: We loved staying here with the windows open and relaxing on the deck overlooking the ocean. This was a last minute trip for my family and the host was so accommodating.

Perfect location

Even though the house and the furnishings are old it is a great location on The middle Beach of Kennebunk- within a short walk to two Sandy beaches and into town and the golf course. The owner was very responsive to our questions and so helpful during our stay. We would stay here again.

Perfect vacation rental

Lauren was very accommodating and responsive to all my questions. Excellent location with a beautiful view. Highly recommend this property if you need to get away and just relax.

Great location

Near the beaches and all of the amenities. Remember this is a beach house, not the Ritz. If you come in with the right expectations, you will have a great time!

Great location

This modest cottage has amazing views of the ocean from every window. Being steps from the beach is terrific and the space in the house worked well for us. Everything was clean and comfortable.

Perfect setting

The cottage, though modest, is situated with a fabulous view and a short walk to a beautiful sandy beach. It is spacious, clean and airy but the best part is the view. It takes less than 10 minutes to get to local restaurants and other attractions.

Great location by the beach

Emplacement of the house is perfect: 3 min from the beach. Bungalo with enough room for 5 persons makes it very easy to enjoy good times. It needs a little TLC but is comfortable. Very nice view of the ocean while sitting at dining table or in open space living room. Friendly owner is cooperative and trustfull. We had a very pleasant and worriless vacation.

Excellent location and comfortable space

We stayed here for a family vacation and it was the perfect location! An easy walk into the port and steps away from the beach, we felt right at home in the cozy rooms of this spacious cottage. We were pleasantly surprised by a bouquet of flowers to welcome us and would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Family has been coming up to the Kennebunks since the 1970's and purchased this home in 1995. It is our favorite place to spend time. Nothing like hearing the Atlantic while going to sleep at night at 2 Harris Lane.
