Spacious, well-appointed unit on the first floor of a unique building. Once a large working boat yard on the Kennebunk River, it has been transformed into 6 condos, each with its own nautical character. The views of the river and of the bridge into town make a peaceful backdrop for your vacation stay. Relaxing on the 4 season porch with the Jotel gas stove is cozy in winter, and bright and airy in summer. A short walk to the restaurants and shops at Dock Square, and only a mile to the Beach! Fully equipped kitchen, Keurig, wine fridge, plus full sized washer/dryer makes for an easy stay. Beach chairs and beach towels in the unit mean no bulky packing for your trip! Reserve Now!

Spencer is a great host! The condo was comfortable and well equipped. Perfect location for a visit to Maine. The closed in sunroom has a perfect view of the water, bridge to Kennebunkport and is walking distance to the center of town. Our first time in Maine but certainly not our last!

This home is beautiful. It is very well equipped with all you need in the kitchen. We all enjoyed staying there so much. Easy walking to Dock Square. Mr. Brown was very responsive to my questions.

We were so happy with our stay at the Boatyard condo! Communication with our host was effortless. The condo was spacious, very clean and had everything we needed without having a lot of unnecessary clutter. The location is wonderful. So close to town for shopping and restaurants as well as the beaches. We look forward to future stays at the Boatyard!

The condo is beautiful, well appointed and the location is excellent. First floor location made it very accessible. However, that also means the upstairs units can sometimes be disturbing. Owner sought to minimize but the units are not very well sound insulated. Communication with owner was excellent. Prompt responses and very accommodating. The location is perfect for everything Kennebunk and Kennebunkport have to offer, within walking distance of Dock Square. Many other shops and restaurants only a short drive away. Although it was August, we did not feel overwhelmed by crowds but early reservations needed for restaurants. We would certainly give consideration for a return trip.

We have a picture perfect stay at the Boatyard for our family! They have thought of every amenity to make it cozy and comfortable. We LIVED in the sunroom, and the location in Kennebunk could not be beat - truly walkable to everything. Spencer was an incredibly warm host and helped answer any questions that arose quickly. We will absolutely be back, thank you for helping us fall in love with Maine!

The host reached out right away to make sure everything was as we needed and she made sure I had her number just in case we needed anything. The place was great for our winter family getaway! Had a fantastic time, and we were very close to all of the downtown shops and restaurants!

This location of this property cannot be beat, walkable to Dock Square - where parking can be a challenge. The three bedrooms and three baths worked great for 3 couples. Great value!

Beautiful unit in an amazing location. Quick walk to Goochs Beach and into Doc Square. Ample parking. Unit is clean, spacious, and come with a wonderful sunroom for morning coffee, evening libations, and completing puzzles.

Wonderful

The condo was great, very clean and comfortable, stocked with everything you might need. The location was very convenient, a short walk to town. Early mornings on the 4 season porch was my favorite. We look forward to staying here again soon!

This condo is a gem!! Beautiful, modern, and clean rooms with a lovely kitchen and dining area. Gorgeous sun room with a fantastic view of the river. It is a short walk to the towns of Kennebunk and Kennebunkport which have lots of great restaurants and shops. Host was very nice and easy to reach if necessary. We all loved out stay here very much!!

Kennebunkport is a wonderful village on the coast of Maine, with terrific shops and restaurants, as well as proximity to a number of docks where captains of deep sea fishing vessels can take guests for adventures. There are beaches of all sorts close by, and shops with crafts and artwork galore!
