Everything you need

Great location. House had everything we needed. Lots of sitting room. Decent patio to enjoy the nice weather. Appreciated having use of the golf cart. Property managers were great to work with!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at the Lacy unit. Plenty of room, nice outside amenities, and having the golf cart to run around in was great. Down Home staff were very responsive on any questions we had, and even shipped us something we had forgotten to pack.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The experience was good, dealing with Down Home was a positive experience. The house didn't have major issues but could have been more comfortable. Inside and outside furniture bare minimum. It all was okay not really fantastic.

Excellant stay

We stayed here for two months and it was a wonderful experience. The property manager was very quick to the concerns we had and promptly fixed them.We enjoyed the area and warm Florida sun. We went there to look at the Villages and really liked the area.

The Greatest retirement place to live.

The entire stay was wonderful. The cleanliness of the streets and personal properties. The food and entertainment were excellent! Nothing was over priced as I thought it would be. I will plan on moving there as soon as possible.

7 years of happy, problem free rental in the Villages

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There are Thousands of similar houses in the Villages and hundreds of similar rentals. There are also many rental management companies but in of 7 years of coming to the Villages we have found a rental company that separates itself from the rest.Down Home Property Management, a family owned and operated management company has always exceeded our every expectation and genuinely care about their guests vacation experience. The rentals units are consistently clean and well equipped. On the rare instances when there has been any issue they have quickly responded and made a correction.We would highly recommend Down Home Property Management.

7 years of happy, problem free rental in the Villages

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: In the Villages the rentals are very much alike but there is one management company that distinguishes itself from the rest. We have rented through Down Home Property Management for 7 years and never had a bad experience. If you are looking for a problem free and predictable experience they can't be beat.

Great location, for stay in the villages

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home itself was great, it have everything you need to make your time away from home comfortable. However there were some issues , we had snakes !!! They seem to live in the thick vines above the pergola in the back yard. We saw six snakes during our month , and eliminated 3. It made it difficult to use the patio area, also the golf cart was not dependable, the batteries would not hold a charge, so we had to rent a cart whenever we golfed.
