Get ready to relax in this fully remodeled 2-bedroom 2 bath house in The Villages. Free amenities for guests with guest pass provided by owner for guests. unfortunately no pets or animals are permitted anywhere on the property ,This home has been fully remodeled from floor to ceiling, new wall to wall LVP flooring, new windows, new quartz countertops and vanities and faucets and lights and remote control fans, new smart TVs in the living room and both bedrooms. Cable TV including major networks from Xfinity Stream, load your own TV apps as desired. Super fast WIFI. Pull down shower heads. Front porch is screened in with comfortable seating, side porch is tiled with 2 Adirondack chairs. There is new furniture, new mattresses and linens. Sheets and pillows and towels provided. Kcup coffee maker in kitchen. Freezer has ice maker. All this, in the lush beautifully landscaped northern Villages, close to First Responders Recreation Center and Chatham Recreation Center and Nancy Lopez Golf course . Plenty of shopping and dining options nearby. Short drive to Spanish Springs Town Square or Lake Sumter Landing town Square with nightly live music. This delightful property features 1 king bed and 1 queen bed, perfect for a small group of guests. Washing machine and dryer in garage . Two full bathrooms one in master is a standup shower unit and one in Guest hallway is a tub shower combo unit. We hope you enjoy what our place and The Villages has to offer.

No golf cart is included in this rental. There are multiple golf cart rental companies in the area. Approximate/average price to rent a 2 seater 30 per day, 180 per week, 500 per month.

This home was accurately listed. It was very clean and well-maintained. We had two couples and it worked out well. Communication/check in check out was simple. Tamara was a great host!!!

Tamara was easy to deal with. the house was clean and new. We could have used a little more info, especially a good map. Overall a pleasant experience.

there was a map in the home during your stay it was in the welcome book that is on the coffee table there was also a villages newspaper in the home that contained a quite detailed map

This Villa is very nice. It was clean, furnished with cooking, cleaning and laundry items. Beds were so comfortable we didn't want to crawl out! We liked the location, being in the northern part of the Villages. It was close to the pool and recreation center with a fitness center. It is quiet there, just the sound of a train once in a while. We enjoyed relaxing in the screened in porch. The host is nice and took care of anything we needed. It was a wonderful stay.

Taamra was very kind and quick to answer any question. The house is absolutely beautiful, clean and cozy. Very nice neighborhood and quiet. We will definitely be back and hope this property will be a available when we return. It has nice garage for parking, laundry, a tv in every room, great bed, beautiful kitchen and plenty of space all around. We were very pleased. Thanks to all!

Tamara's place was wonderful. The home was clean, comfortable, and centrally located (within a 5-10 minute drive to shops, restaurants, grocery stores, rec centers, and Lake Sumter landing). There are a surplus of amenities both within the community and nearby including: golf, tennis, pickleball, and swimming pools. Communication went smoothly which made check-in simple and straightforward. We had a splendid time and would gladly stay here again.
