Welcome to Laughing Labs. Spectacular views of the La Sal Mountains and the Moab Rim on a secluded corner. Extended deck is shaded in the afternoon and very private, great place to relax at the end of the day. Make fabulous meals in the well stocked kitchen with all stainless steel appliances. Single level townhouse. Enjoy the Moab outdoors from this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom single level townhome with oversized patio, just a 5 minute drive from downtown Moab. Two bedrooms contain King size beds, third bedroom with a Queen and a Twin XL beds. Additional rollaway bed provided. Free Wi-Fi.

HOT TUB: Open year round

POOL: Pool is open for the season, expected closing date late October depending on the weather.

We are always available should you need help during your stay. We do have local help available. You will never be without a resource for anything you should need.

This is a smoke free unit and we would appreciate it if no one smokes in the townhouse.

We are a dog friendly townhouse, maximum 2 dogs (let us know how big your dogs are). Sorry no Cats or Birds.

Excellent place to stay. Super clean, beautiful views and close to most places we wanted to go. We never had to interact with the owners and this was the first time I have never had to contact an owner or the owner contact us. Highly Recommend. I would stay again.

Great location and very clean with all the amenities needed

Online pics represent this booking well. Views from front living area are outstanding in multiple directions. Owner extremely well organized with the location of all cooking supplies, spices, dinnerware etc clearly marked. Excellent hub for our trips to both Arches and Canyonlands NPs. I'd highly recommend this place.

Fantastic views, very well appointed!

We enjoyed our stay very much! The owners have thought of all the small details for your stay!The outside couch area was not well maintained, couches were dirty and the area needed to be weeded. That was a small inconvenience for the overall visit, we enjoyed it immensely!

Wedding Week in Moab!

We had a wonderful stay at this property, the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we could need. Home was comfortable and welcoming. Local to town and sight seeing. Andrea was always quick to respond to my questions over the months leading up to our stay. Highly recommended!

Third stay, again delighted

This comfortable, well-appointed, well-managed property has become something of a home away from home for us. The location is quiet, the views marvelous, the neighborhood pristine, and the accommodations very welcoming.

Beautiful views

This condo was awesome. We had plenty of room. The decor was pleasing and furniture was very comfortable. The views were amazing. Location was convenient to trails as well as state and national parks.

Moab Trip

Had a wonderful time staying here as 3 generations explored the National Parks and rafted down the Colorado River. The kitchen was better stocked with cookware and place settings than any other rental I’ve ever stayed in. The location south of Moab was nice and quiet when we wanted it to be, but close enough to town and all the places we wanted to visit.

This was a first class property - even better than the photos! Everything we could need, lots of space, very welcome swimming pool. Easy to reach Arches and Canyonland national parks. Andrea was very communicative during our stay. Highly recommend

Beautiful location, views are wonderful! I loved having coffee in the mornings out on the patio with the sound of roosters crowing in the background! Very well appointed!

A great space only to be beat by the view

The townhouse is lovely and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well appointed, the beds/bedding were good quality and the view from the porch/living room was wonderful. With 10min drive to Arches it was the perfect spot from which to explore. We highly recommend for couples or families!

Beautiful Mountain Views

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home! We especially enjoyed the patio area at night while looking at the gorgeous moab mountain views. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances, utensils and spices. This was a very comfortable, spacious and clean home. The check in was seamless as was communication with the host. It was a very quiet and relaxing stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Close To Everything

We loved this property! It was close to town and only 10-15 minutes from Arches. Everything was great! We loved having access to the pool to cool down after our morning hikes. The kitchen was fully stocked. The view from the patio was gorgeous! Would stay again!

Wonderful stay!

We stayed in this home for several days while exploring Moab, Arches, and Canyonlands. It had everything we needed and more, and clear instructions for items around the house. The views from the living room were amazing!

Moab adventure

We had a wonderful time at your home in Moab. The views were amazing. The mountains were actually closer than those shown in your pics. After long days of hiking & biking it was a perfect place to relax with the family. Your home had everything that we need & it was very clean & comfortable. I took your card! I have a feeling in the future, we will visit Moab again.

We have been visiting the Moab area since 1982 specifically for its world class rock climbing and mountain biking but have come to love many other activities and pleasures that Moab has to offer. Many of our friends visit Moab on a regular basis just to relax, hike, photograph and explore Arches National Park and Canyonlands National Park.
