Hello Laura, Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughtful feedback. We're so glad to hear you enjoyed the kitchen layout, amenities like the washer and dryer, and the convenient location- those are all things we're proud to offer. That said, we're truly sorry that several aspects of your stay fell short of expectations. We take this feedback seriously and have shared it with our maintenance and housekeeping teams so these issues can be addressed promptly. We genuinely appreciate you pointing out both the positives and thea reas needing improvement- it helps us prioritize updates and enhancements moving forward. This home does have a lot of potential, and we're committed to making the necessary improvements to ensure a more comfortable and seamless stay for future guests. Thank you again for your valuable feedback, and we hope we'll have the opportunity to provide you with a much-improved experience in the future. Kind regards, -Holly
