We had a great stay. Room was clean and had a great view of the pool and ocean. Very clean. Everything was terrific.

The Westin Kaanapali Ocean Resort Villas are beautiful and comfortable. Our ocean view was gorgeous!

We loved our ground floor side ocean view apartment

Seem less check in. Loved the spacious apartment which was a home from home. We Liked that the resort is so central and within walking distance of the whalers village, Dukes restaurant etc. we also preferred the pool at adjacent Nanea Westin villas and were able to charge back to our room there too. Would definitely recommend thank you!

No communication

Hello, We've stayed at this property multiple times and have always enjoyed it. I tried to reach out to the host in January to request the South side and received zero response. I was pretty frustrated upon arrival to find out we were on the north side. The listing does not say which building we are on or if there is an option. If it had, and I had known it was north side only, I would not have booked with this host. I've booked with other hosts and had wonderful communication and even treats waiting. I would not book with this host again.

I have units on both the north and south end of the complex. Most people don't care which they get. If the guest had asked when she made the reservation, I might have been able to accommodate. The first time I heard she had a preference was 5 days before check in when I didn't have any other units to swap.

nice resort for kids

Great resort for kids. Easy access to the beach and plenty of pools to play and hang in. Just be aware that during peak season it can take ~hr to check in.

Beautiful and spacious unit

The property was quite lovely. The unit was a great size for our family of four. It had easy access to both the beach and pool area, which we enjoyed.

Incredible stay!

We had the most incredible time staying here. We had an ocean view and the amenities were wonderful. We were so close to restaurants in Whaler's Village and felt very safe with all the COVID-19 precautions in place. We were so sad to leave after 5 nights!

Excellent Property

Excellent property to spend time away. Friendly staff at resort. Check in and out was very prompt and so efficient. Loved the 1 Bedroom Villa. Very comfortable and roomy. Had everything we needed and more. The owner was prompt in replying to questions. The value was a delightful surprise. I cannot wait to come back and have another experience through this site with this owner. I was and am so impressed with it all.

Everything you need and more.

We always love coming to The Westin Kanapali villas. The one bedroom villa is so spacious with a large kitchen to cook pretty much anything although we just made eggs and cereal. The beach is great and right out the door. The Pools are fantastic. There are several pools and hot tubs to choose from. The waiters at the pool are much more attentive than a swanky expensive Wailea hotel we stayed at during our Maui trip as well. We feel your property is a lot of bang for the buck and we will be back. I wasn't sure if a midweek housekeeping was included in our stay or not. Not a big deal, we washed our own towels and saved tip money! Oh and having a washer and dryer is also fantastic. We will be back.

Great villa!

This is my second time staying at the Westin Kaanapali Ocean Resort Villas and the second time booking through Bob. He makes it so easy! While most owners will not let you book less than 7 nights, he was very accommodating and approved my 5 night stay. I'm so glad he did. We love this place. The villa is spacious, clean, and we ended up with a partial ocean view which was awesome to wake up to. My 4 year old loved the pirate ship and the pool and the bonus was we got to also use the pool at the new westin next door! Plus the beach is right in front of the resort! Thank you Bob for being instrumental to us having a fantastic family vacation!
