My family and I had a great stay at Marcella’s place, we had everything we could need, including plenty of space for each of us to retreat to our own rooms. Location was excellent just minutes from beautiful downtown Westport and a central hub to take many day trips. We would stay again and would highly recommend.

Lovely large bungalow, no more than 5 mins drive from westport centre, 5 double bedrooms, super big kitchen and living room and ample private parking all around the property.Wouldn't hesitate to use again.

Marcella was a joy to work with. She replied to all of my questions and requests within an hour. The house was absolutely perfect for our group of 7 adults. The kitchen had everything you need and then some. The beds were super comfy and the bedrooms were roomy. It was such a cozy house with beautiful views! We loved it.

The house was beautiful, even charming, with beautiful views. It was well supplied with towels, dishes, cookware, etc. The amenities in the house contributed to our amazing vacation in Ireland.

Great experience in Westport!

We had a wonderful time here! The home is in a very convenient location, only 2 minute drive to Westport. It comfortably slept 9 of us. Would recommend to anyone in a group!

House was very comfortable. Very functional kitchen. Location to town was very close. We took cabs to town for a low cost. Would definitely recommend for a family visit.

We had the best time the house was totally perfect it had loads of space and was so close to where we wanted to go. We would highly recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in Westport. Thanks for having us.

The house was wonderful. Plenty of room, very clean. Marcella was a great host, quick to answer any questions. You do need a car to get into Westport town, it’s very close but the road to town is busy. If you don’t have a car, taxis are plentiful. We really enjoyed our stay!

Comfy spacious home

We enjoyed our stay at "The Rock." The kitchen is quite large and the beds comfortable. The family trans pop rt company taxied us into town when we werent using bikes and also brought us to Galway for the next leg of our journey.

Family vacation

House was great and clean. Plenty of room for the 7 of us. Quit neighborhood comfortable beds. Really worked good for us. Would definitely recommend to anyone with a larger group.

We loved staying at "The Rocks" and enjoyed learning more about the home's family history and would highly recommend Marcela's house to anyone visiting Westport. I have attached a drone photo I took above the home facing Croagh Patrick (Holy Mountain) and Clew Bay.

Great for groups!

A quaint, older home that is great for groups and children. The home was very cleanly. It’s close to the city center. You could walk to town in approximately 25-30 minutes; however, it’s quite hilly and there aren’t walking paths initially. Friendly and fast communication with the host. Had all the amenities we needed. Would stay again!

Ideal house and location

It is a really good house for a group of up to 10 people. It's three minutes from Westport by car and easily walkable too. The house overall was extremely comfortable and well equipped. The beds were really good quality and comfortable too. The only thing I would suggest is it would be great to have a few additional en suites but it worked well as it was for our group. We all agreed that we would happily rebook The Rocks were we to return to Westport again.

Lovely property, so well kept and exceptionally clean. Well equipped kitchen. Spacious sitting room where our extended family could gather. A 5 minute car ride to the centre of Westport and a great 40 minute walk.Highly recommend.

3 night Staycation

Very spacious house a mile from the train station. Decor a little on the old style but Extremely clean and would not stop us going again. Everything you might need is available very well thought out . Very quiet and secure with easy access. Great communication with host at all times. Great location to see the areas around. Would stay again.

Lovely home just outside Westport

The house was exactly as described by the host, Marcella. It had everything we needed and was a pleasure to stay in. It is a little bit outside Westport, which is accessible on foot, but on a busy road for a bit of the way.
