This beautiful 2 bedroom and 2 full baths condo is overlooking the water and canals, large screened in lanai with gorgeous sunsets, unit is on the top floor, elevator, big kitchen with all you need to make your meals and a large living room. The master bedroom has a king size bed and queen size in guest bedroom. Washer and dryer is in the unit. Located between Sarasota and Venice close to beaches, boating, golfing, shopping and many excellent restaurants. The amenities of this luxurious gated community are heated pool, tennis and pickleball courts, workout gym and nature trails for jogging.

The location was great. The grounds were beautiful. The condo was very nice - perhaps a little bit darted in some areas, but very nice nevertheless. The neighbors were all very welcoming and friendly. Fritz was very quick to answer the few questions we had. All in all it was a geat place.

Great location for Sarasota beaches!

Large comfortable condo for four guests, located in Osprey with convenient access to beaches from Venice up to Sarasota/Bradenton. Fritz (owner) was very responsive in addressing any of our concerns or questions.

Excellent Rental

Everything we needed for our stay, the owner was very helpful and was quick to handle the few minor problems we had. The location was great, close to beach, restaurants, and convenient to Venice and Sarasota, I would recommend this to anyone . Thanks for a great stay.

Our stay at the condo was fantastic. The location was perfect and the condo was very clean.

Great location for a vacation.

Loved my stay at this Beautiful Top floor condo in a quiet gated community . The location is close to everything....Siesta Key, Venice Beach and Sarasota are 10 to 15 minutes away. I would recommend this condo to anyone looking for an enjoyable and relaxing getaway.

Relaxing in Florida

We spent 4 days at this condo and it was wonderful. We only had one problem the entire stay and that was where our parking spot was. But with the help from the nice neighbors and owner this was solved immediately. The condo's heated outdoor pool was wonderful, very quiet. The workout room in the clubhouse was very nice, great cardio equipment. Also there was a short but nice walking path around the area. In reference to the actual condo, it was wonderful. The kitchen had everything you need in reference to cooking equipment, and we loved the washer/dryer right in the kitchen. The bedrooms were wonderful. The master suite had a wonderful bathroom, walk in closet, tv, and very comfortable king size bed. The second bedroom did not have an attached bathroom, you used the second bathroom in the condo, but it wasn't a big deal. My favorite thing was the screened in porch with table and chairs. I spent a lot of time out there reading, eating and just watching nature. Lastly the location was perfect to get to Sarasota, Seista Keys Island, and South Venice. Our stay was wonderful, the owners were wonderful, I would definitely stay here again!!!

Our Winter stay in Osprey

We had a very comfortable, clean and well furnished condo. We really enjoyed relaxing in the screened in balcony overlooking all the beautiful landscaping. The condo met all our necessities including a well equipped kitchen with plenty of Linens. The owner was always very friendly and easy to reach if necessary. I definitely would recommend leasing this condo.

Great place to stay!

We had a lovely stay at this condo which was so convenient to both Sarasota and Venice. The furnishings were great and had absolutely everything we needed. The pool was very nice and the lanai was a great place to sit and relax - and it was so quiet! The owners got back to us within minutes of texting them and were willing to come over and show us around if need be. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay here again for sure!

Beautiful condo

Had a great experience living in Heidi and Fritz’s condo. The condo and property were beautiful Many trees and birds of all varieties around property Like living in a park. Fritz was just a phone call away to address any problems and answer any questions. Would definitely recommend this lovely place.
