What an absolutely beautiful mountain retreat! Your home exceeded our expectations, blending comfort, coziness, natural beauty, and thoughtful style. We appreciated the generously stocked bathrooms and kitchen, even though the wonderful nearby restaurants meant we rarely cooked! As nature lovers who treasure privacy, we couldn’t have asked for a better setting. Tucked into the mountains, away from neighboring homes, yet only 10 minutes from Cashiers and 25 from Highlands, the location was ideal. The views were spectacular, and we spent time on the deck every day enjoying breathtaking sunsets and taking countless photos. The wooded paths and wildlife made it even more magical: a mama bear and cub, wild turkeys, a mother deer with twin fawns, and so many birds! Our pup adored his forest walks and mountain hikes. We also enjoyed speaking with the owner’s brother, whose kindness, excellent communication, and thoughtful recommendations meant so much. Every detail invited us to slow down, breathe in the fresh mountain air, and reconnect with nature. After exploring the area, returning to this peaceful, welcoming home was a joy! It offered exactly what we hoped for: privacy, beauty, comfort, and room to simply be. Thank you for sharing such a special place and making our stay unforgettable. We are already looking forward to returning! The mornings were serene, and each evening brought another gorgeous sky. We especially loved the quiet, wooded setting and sense of escape!!

Great home in beautiful spot

Really great house to serve as a home base for hikes in the area. Our kids loved the bunk room and the view and fire pit were terrific.

Beautiful cabin with views

We had a great time in this cabin. The views were amazing and the cabin is in a great location for hiking and also easy drive to cashiers for dinning and fun. We would come back to this cabin on our next trip to this area.

Beautiful home

This was our second time staying at this property. We love the location and the hiking trail leads to a lovely waterfall and creek.

Probably the nicest house I have ever stayed in!

Amazing house, it’s a hidden gem. The development is top notch and the waterfalls and hiking trails make this a special place. I will book every year!

Perfection!

We had a wonderful stay! The house and view is even prettier in person and the space was great for our family. The hostess was incredibly responsive. This was our first time using VRBO and it was perfect.

Mountain Retreat

Gorgeous home that is beautifully appointed. Had everything we need! Peaceful and away from the hustle and bustle of Cashiers, but close enough for dining and shopping. Highly recommend this home!

Amazing Home

We had the most wonderful stay at this home! The views from the home, porch, fire pit, and even the bedrooms were just spectacular! Everything was clean and the home is beautifully decorated. The neighborhood is very quiet and there are some great hikes in the preserve. We will definitely return soon!

Beautiful home wth beautiful views!

We had a wonderful stay at this home. The home itself is beautifully decorated and had everything that our family needed. We felt like we were at a home away from home (for reference; my husband makes fun of me for typing in "luxury" when I look for hotels or vacation spots!). Apart from the house, the view was gorgeous and the community itself was pristine. We would love to stay here again!

Serene mountain home!

Our family made wonderful memories in this beautifully appointed home with an incredible view of the mountains! We had everything we needed for celebrating the holiday and watching football in front of a warm fire. Just minutes from Cashiers, shopping and restaurants. Would love to come back!
