Enjoy this new Townhome in one of the most beautiful pristine areas in Belize. VRBO awarded our property with the Premiere status due to the number of bookings and high reviews. This three-story home includes a rooftop palapa with breathtaking Caribbean views. Watch the sunrise with your morning coffee, or the sunset with a glass of wine all from this private covered rooftop.
*Please note this property is accessed via a staffed pontoon boat that runs at any time from 8 am to 10 pm. No other access. 2 bikes are available.
AMENITIES:

This rooftop area includes an outdoor dining table and hammock, providing a unique ambiance for private meals, relaxing, or sunbathing. For a perfect vacation, arrangements can be made with local businesses for a private massage or a private chef.
The property has a private dock where you can watch the sunset, and see dolphins or manatees and a variety of birds. Boating tours can pick you up at our dock. The Townhome has bedrooms and bathrooms on the first floor located 4 steps up, the main living area -kitchen, living room, breakfast bar, and outdoor dining room- is located on the second floor.
By providing a property manager, Jack, you can rest assured your needs will be met and have someone available for any emergency. Jack will be happy to assist with advice and suggestions on local tours, restaurants, and adventures. We will also provide a guest directory that includes contacts, directions, and info on local restaurants, bars, and attractions.
This development is unique in many ways. Located on a private island at the end of a dead-end street, it is always quiet and peaceful. As you will see on the map and in the pictures, our pontoon boat takes you across the 80 ft canal which provides easy access to town, an easy 5-minute walk to all the village has to offer.
Note this property is a Self Catering Property and will require a separate rental agreement with house rules.
The pool may be cleaned without notice during your stay.
Basic amenities will be provided, but more may need to be purchased during your stay.
Extra 5th rollaway available on request.
