Three blocks from beautiful Sloan's lake and about one mile from nightlife, restaurants, bars, shopping, etc., on the hot and trendy Tennyson street or iconic 32nd street and Lowell, Denver Highlands. Also, a little more than five minutes from Mile High stadium and Pepsi Center and 10 minutes from Coors Field. Full kitchen, washer/dryer, and a relaxing back patio. Perfect spot to enjoy Denver to its fullest! Wifi available.

Excellent accommodations. The place is spotless and the host on site is very helpful.

An excellent value in a good location in the Highlands neighborhood of Denver. Walk to good restaurants. Our host was accommodating and helpful. He lives on site and cares about his properties.

Absolutely wonderful, would stay over & over again!

After our AirBnB host suddenly cancelled on us as we were loading our car to Denver, we found this adorable cottage and it was more than we could have ever imagined! Perfect location to all things Denver, extremely clean and bigger than pictured spaces— all amenities + more and the host, David, was very friendly and helpful! Thanks so much for saving our summer vacation!

Relaxing Stay

Everything was exactly as advertised and was a wonderful stay. I really appreciated everything the staff did, they were friendly and professional as was the host. I would highly recommend staying there I know the next time I come to Denver I will be going back.

Family Time

Cozy nicely furnished cottage!

The amenities were great in the cottage and we really enjoyed our stay! David was accommodating and worked with us on a miscommunication of mine with the reservation, would stay again!

Not as advertised.

This was our worst vacation rental experience ever and we would not recommend staying here to anyone. First of all, the property is not a house on a quiet street. It is a renovated garage attached to the owners business. The owner himself is a rude and agressive man who always smelled of alcohol. He was on the property at almost all times and was regularly doing loud construction work. This property is not pet or family friendly as drugs and alcohol were found easily accessible under the bed. There was also glass and trash in the yard. The property was not clean. We found several dirty socks throughout the unit. The carpets were soaking wet upon our scheduled arrival time. . The microwave was so disgusting we were unwilling to use it. The owner seemed insulted when we questioned the cleanliness of the property and indicated he cleans it himself after each visit. The bathroom situation is less than pleasant. The giant bathroom window looks out onto a patio and windows to the business waiting room. The bathroom door does not close and there is no heat in the bathroom. Do not expect any sense privacy or security during your stay. The owner entered the unit without our permission while we were away and was abusive towards are 2 friendly and well trained dogs. The pictures and description of this property are incredibly misleading. What we hoped would be a nice place to relax between hikes turned into a nightmare we will never forget.

Cute, clean, and convenient

We loved our stay here. Great neighborhood, plenty to do close by but easy to get to other areas as well. Dave was very attentive, had the apartment ready early for us, helped us get the bicycles up and running, and was responsive to questions later on. Plenty of space inside and the patio/firepit was sweet. I hope we will be back!
