Welcome to our charming 3-bedroom, 2-bath semi-detached home in Wheat Ridge! Our home offers a comfortable place to relax while keeping you conveniently located near Denver, the foothills, and many popular Colorado destinations.

### ABOUT THE HOME

Our home was built in **1961** and has been lovingly maintained and updated over the years while keeping some of its original character. This is an **older home, not a newly built or fully modernized property**, so guests should expect some of the charming quirks that naturally come with a home of its age.

The home features beautiful **original refinished hardwood floors**, which may squeak in some areas when walked on—part of the character of a 1960s home.

The home has **3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms**, a comfortable living area, and a kitchen for preparing meals. Please note that **the kitchen does not have a dishwasher**.

### THE NEIGHBORHOOD & LOCATION

The home is located in an **older, established residential neighborhood** with homes of different ages and styles. It is a quiet, lived-in neighborhood rather than a newer or modern development. We like to make this clear so guests know exactly what type of area to expect before booking.

The location provides convenient access to Olde Town Arvada, Berkeley, The Highlands, Sloan's Lake, Downtown Denver, Red Rocks, mountain hiking, and ski resorts.

### OUTDOOR SPACE

Enjoy our **outdoor dining area and fire pit**, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.

We have recently updated portions of the landscaping with new grass and continue to maintain and improve the front and backyard. Occasionally, outdoor maintenance may be needed during a stay. If so, we'll notify you ahead of time and do our best to work around your schedule.

### BEFORE BOOKING

We believe in accurately representing our property. Our home is **clean, comfortable, and well cared for**, but it was built in 1961 and is located in an older neighborhood. Guests may notice characteristics associated with an older home, such as squeaks in portions of the original hardwood flooring.

If you're looking for a brand-new home in a newer development, our property may not be the best fit. But if you're looking for a **comfortable, well-kept home with character, a relaxing outdoor space, and convenient access to Denver and the mountains**, we'd love to host you.

Great place to stay, convenient location to go to Red Rocks, Elitch gardens, and Coors field. Property is very clean and comfortable. Hosts were very responsive and helpful with anything we needed. Will be staying here again if we’re ever in the area!

This house was so cozy and comfortable. It is located in a quiet neighborhood. The house was well-equiped to the finest details like Q-tips and cotton balls, extra pillows and comforters and all the kitchen items. The host was very communicative. I would highly recommend this house.

Overall, we were very happy with location, price, accommodations.There is a very nice park near property that we enjoyed.The only negative was communication and very squeeky floors that may disturb whoever is trying to sleep.The communication pitfall for me was, not getting any entry instructions to property until 4pm on the dot. Then, we didn't get any instructions on how to "leave" the property until an hour before check out. It would have been nice if there was a property information booklet in the house that included the wifi and local information to look at vs trying to communicate through your message system.

We always message Wi-Fi instructions a day prior to check-in to ensure a smooth arrival, but to make things even easier, we have now added a prominent physical sign with the Wi-Fi details inside the home. As for our floors, they do have the classic character and occasional squeak of traditional wood, but we appreciate you letting us know. Safe travels!

Great stay

We enjoyed our stay. We were looking forward to using the fire pit but it rained. It was nice to have 2 full baths and lots of beds.

Cozy accommodation and pleasant stay

We had a fantastic stay. The location was very convenient for our trip: quiet, but still easy to get anywhere we needed to without too much fuss. We really appreciated the thoughtfully supplied kitchen supplies! We had prompt communication with the owner whenever we had any questions or concerns.

Place was clean and as advertised.

The owner of the property responded to all my questions in a timely manner. The rental was clean and close to all our mountain adventures. I would definitely stay again if I was in Denver.

Lovely Home

We loved our stay here! It was in an awesome location, close to downtown and redrocks. The home was very clean, and the decorations were so cute!! You can tell that the host really pays attention to detail. The bed and pillows were so comfy too, I slept so good!

Sister getaway

The property was comfortable and in an excellent location. It was an easy drive to Red Rocks which was the reason our visit to hear K-Loves concert with Lauren Daigle, Tauren Wells, Ben Fuller, Josh Fuller and Caleb & John. It was close to grocery stores and restaurants. It was also an easy drive from the Denver Airport as well as easy access to the freeway to go to Colorado Springs and Estes Park for sightseeing. The property manager was great with communicating with us. I would highly recommend staying at the property.
