The home features four bedrooms, three bathrooms including a shower room, bathroom, and en-suite, and is suitable to sleep up to eight people. Within the property you can find a sitting area, a kitchen with dining area, and also a spectacular games room. Outside is an enclosed patio area at the cliff face. 15 Waters Edge is a brilliant property for a large family or a group of friends looking to explore the Aberdeenshire area of Scotland.

Electric oven, hob, and grill, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, wine cooler. 5 x TV, table tennis, football table, music system in living room, kitchen/dinner and upstairs bathroom and WiFi.
