Awesome place

We had a great time. Love the view and even caught a couple fish. Randy is a great host and made us feel at home. We will definitely be back.

Was a great location and stay. The only issue was there was a fishhook in the carpet that got caught in my grandsons pants.

This was our 3rd year in a row staying at River Vista. Randyd is a wonderful host. The house is set over the river like you are in a tree house. It was a very relaxing few days. Thank you again Randy. See you next year.

Excellent host. Great Wi-Fi. Beautiful river views from awesome deck. AC works great, which is important in this area in high summer. Close to awesome market with great deli. Well stocked kitchen, dishwasher and laundry if you need it. Rustic, which I love. Steep drive down to get to house, so be prepared for that and careful.

Randy is a great attentive host, answers when contacted and responds when needed without being a bother! Loved the water location and kitchen had great variety for the family! Was confused thinking there were 3 beds from the pictures but one is a hide a bed couch that was not shown as one of the beds. Was fine for the kids though and my old bones enjoyed the other beds, one was even stiff like my tempurpedic! Thank you for a great wedding week for my son Randy!

We had a wonderful stay in Idleyld Park, Glide, Oregon. I had my breakfast every morning watching the river roll by. So peaceful. Our host Randy was friendly and helpful. The house was perfect for our group of 4 adults. The kitchen had plenty of dishes and appliances. The country store at the top of the drive way was well stocked and had just about anything you may need including a gas station. The driveway is a bit steep and narrrow, but, was not a problem for our mid-sized SUV. It is a really beautiful spot.

Great getaway

This was much larger than I thought it would be with a very well equipped kitchen and very large bathroom. The setting was quiet and beautiful overlooking the river. No combines at all, I'm so glad I found it and can't wait to stay there again.

View was impressing the cabin was not...

I just wish it was upgraded, the bed was pretty bad needs a new mattress. Had to buy candles to cover up the smell of the place. Not sure if it was old dust or the smell of the water that was coming out of the faucets. Needs new carpet and maybe a couple of new recliners to replace the smelly glider rockers. It is a beautiful location don't get me wrong just needs to be cleaned from top to bottom and updates. Would I go back, probable not.

A quiet little get away

This place was really peaceful and quiet. We slept great. Close to many wonderful waterfalls and easy hikes. It wasn't very long of a drive to see Diamond Lake and Crater Lake. So neat to see in the snow.

Very lovely stay

We actually stayed in the Madrone home. Randy is a very personable host. He took the extra time to meet with us and made sure everything was to our expectations. Beautiful area.

Umpqua Retreat

Randy’s property was better than advertised! Super clean and convenient, the cabin is perfectly situated along the North Umpqua River. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay here again!

Marvelous!

This two night stay at the Maple Home was by far the best of the week! The owner was super duper terrific, the house and view are spectacular! I wish we had booked this house for more than 2 nights. We will definitely be back....hope to bring the grandsons, and stay longer!
