Family getaway

We went for a family vacation and really enjoyed our stay. The Property was clean and the amenities were fun. Plan on going back again!

Family Christmas getaway

Plenty of room for everyone to spread Out. Beautiful view. Cabin was well stocked. We had a great time! The snow was so pretty!

The best place we have ever stayed!!! The house is amazing!! The view is the best!

So much to do!! We loved the 24 hour free arcade! The views are amazing! The house was so huge and cozy! We will definitely be back for summer!! Best place we have ever stayed! The owners are so nice and helpful.

Short family get-together

Met up with family for a long weekend, wonderful location, although local roads are twisty! Property was beautiful! Could not take advantage of all the amenities due to weather, but this location had it all!

Nice place

The property manager was great. He helped supply the kids with fishing poles, our golf cart, and anything we needed. We ended up getting bad weather right before we came so it was a little further out from town and the roads were scary to drive on with the ice/snow but overall the place was nice to stay and everyone had fun.

Great Family Cottage

Great for families. There are lots of outdoor activities. Very homey, family atmosphere inside the cottage. They even decorated for Christmas. The property manager was very sweet and helpful. The cottage does need a little TLC. No heat in two of the downstairs bedrooms, not sure about air down there as it was cold when we stayed. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much!!

Beds are horrible no sleep.

Beds were horrible none of us slept but a couple hours a night. Broken kitchen chair. Corn curls under living room through the wall unit. Bedroom lower level wall paint peeling must have had water issue. Bedroom upstairs sink basin extremely slow drain couldn’t use. Two decks on lodge unit #3 doors screwed closed couldn’t use. Two bedrooms downstairs no air/heat. No through the wall units in two bedrooms. We had rainy cold weather during our stay 2 bedrooms super cold. We felt let down did not live up to their description of property. We were all ready to leave after the first night. We felt taken advantage of with this unit. We did view the other units villa’s they were much nicer the beds seemed much newer. Our stay put a bad taste in you mouth as they say. The money spent was a waste and not what they describe. I do have pictures of all mentioned above. Roger the property manager was very kind,

Great marketing

Nice location, but overall highly disappointed. Balcony off master and living were boarded shut and could not be accessed. Was looking forward to each family member having their own private balcony...Ants coming out of the outlet in the bunk room downstairs along with wobbly bunkbeds not safe for the kids...Given the wrong access code to the door (via email 1 hr prior to arrival) but front door opened anyway. Numerous lamps not working. Boat rentals weren't available because 'they weren't going out right now with the closest Marina to gas up is not open for the season', yet other resorts less than a mile away were renting boats all day long. Coffee pot took 4 hours to brew 6 cups of coffee. Called Roger, the Property mgr, to replace it who was quick and responsive thankfully. Great pictures on the website, but really wish a disclaimer or something of some sort stating issues with the balconies and boat rentals prior to arrival. That would have lessened the disappointment to some extent.

A needed getaway.

Wonderful place to get away but still close to tourist activities.. loved being close to the lake and the beautiful mornings.

Family fun

We had a wonderful stay. Everything was clean except for some kid cups that were in the cupboard but were dirty. Some things need updating like the broken blinds in the two master bedrooms, the bunk bed room, and the living room, many of the doors didn’t close all the way or close at all, two of the porches were closed off due to needing maintenance, and the back porch wouldn’t lock. But none of that prevented us from enjoying the house and all of the amenities. We loved the epic treehouse in the backyard, the two awesome pools, the kayaks, fishing spots, fire pit to make s’mores, playground, and mini golf. We really enjoyed the getaway and it was quiet and relaxing.

Our Experience

We were a little disappointed - the sliding door had no latch. It rained in the other deck door. the Christmas tree had 5 ornaments and the rest of the decorations were in trash bags under the tree. There was a used coffee filter in the coffee pot. The outside was great but there are some things inside that need attention. We made the best of it.

Christmas Family Get Away

We had 4 families and there was room for everyone. Stocked kitchen, loved the griddle. The property is a little confusing to find after Paradise cove. But we enjoyed it.

Great family place

We really enjoyed all the amenities and the house was stocked with everything we needed. The staff brought us the baby playpen, high chair, and baby gate right away. Very friendly. We would recommend for families.

Spring Break 2020

We had a wonderful time. The house sits right by all of the fun activities for the kids. The canoe and kayak’s were the highlight of our stay. Already thinking about going back and having a family reunion.

FAMILY VACATION

THIS WAS OUR FIRST FAMILY VACATION SINCE OUR KIDS ARE GROWN. THE LUXURY VILLA WAS MAGNIFICENT. VERY CLEAN ANS SPACIOUS AND THE VIEW OF THE LAKE WAS AMAZING. THE RESORT HAS AMENITIES FOR ALL AGES SO NO ONE EVER GOT BORED AND WE NEVER HAD TO LEAVE THE RESORT UNLESS WE JUST WANTED TO. WILL DEFINITELY STAY AGAIN!

Great Place. Tons of Amenities. Great View

We recently stayed in the 6 bedroom Chalet and loved it. We had a total of 8 adults and 6 kids and had plenty of room. The unit was also very clean. We rented a boat, enjoyed the heated pool (in late September), played mini golf, and played in the treehouse. This place did not disappoint and we'll be back.
