All Inclusive

This place is amazing!!!! So much is included in your stay! We will definitely come back when the weather is warmer, but was still able to take advantage of so much! Plenty of space for four families to feel comfortable!

All it says it is

We really enjoyed the amenities at this property. Property was in great shape and lots to do. Property is quite a ways from “reality” which is what we liked but be sure to bring your own food unless you want to drive 30+ min to a restaurant. Will definitely stay here again!

Family vacation

Fun spot for a family gathering. LOTS to do right on property. We all had a great time, and there was a wide range of ages in our group. The property manager was extremely helpful and responsive. The chalet was a bit musty smelling, especially in the lower level. It was probably what you would expect for that price point. Overall good stay!

Perfect getaway

We loved the chalets! We love the location. It's secluded, quiet and has everything we wanted for a fall break getaway. Our kids are young (15 mos - 6 years) and the resort had everything to keep them entertained. Especially the playhouse and mini golf! Loved that. I love how contained the whole space is. It felt more like a luxurious backyard than a big resort. I could see my kids from our cottage almost anywhere they played in the resort. Cannot say enough about the property manager, Roger. He was so responsive and kind. There were a few easily fixed maintenance things at our cottage (faulty toaster, umbrella and downstairs bathroom fan), but other than that the cottage was great. I wouldn't be mad if some rugs were added throughout to make it more cozy and lessen the noise, but I understand that that's not ideal for a lakeside place or for housekeeping between stays. Also, plan on packing food in as much as you can as access to groceries and restaurants is limited within a 30 min drive. Overall, we would 100% stay here again as long as it falls in our budget! Thank you!

Everything you could possibly need for a great week of family fun!

We spent a week in cottage #2 with 10 adults and a 2 year old. The property offers so much to do we only went to Branson once because it was raining. Everything is on property, two pools (one with a great slide), 2 hot tubs, a splash pad for the little one, playground, mini golf, bocci ball, shuffleboard, fire pits with wood provided, frisbee golf, bikes and I'm sure I've forgotten something. The dock is great for swimming off of with plenty of play things provided from floats to kayaks to a canoe. We brought our boat and the slip was great. They even provide bagged ice - on your honor (pay at the end of your trip) and replacement propane tanks for the grill. When we had a small issue, Roger was there immediately to fix it. One inconvenience was the shower heads being too low on the wall for anyone over 5 feet. The hand held shower heads would help. Also, Roger warned us that the the boat dock 2 blocks away had caused some popped tires (thank you!) so we launched 23 minutes away in Baxter. A slight inconvenience. We would definitely return!

Overall good, and great price

We enjoyed our stay. Quiet and peaceful. Lots of fun amenities. House overall was very clean—especially the kitchen and bathrooms. There was, however, a lot of dust. The bedroom we stayed in had little dust pieces hanging all over the ceiling. The master bedroom had dust all over the headboard. Very, very dusty. The house is also very drafty in spots. One bedroom downstairs has a door to the outside. There is a gap so wide between the door and the frame that you can feel breeze blow through. The master bedroom has a place in front of the outside door where the subfloor is entirely rotted through under the carpet. A little drafty there as well. One other minor complaint. It is a little scary with small children. There is no baby gate, and no way to put up a baby gate with the way the stairs are designed. We blocked the stairs with an extra pack and play, but my one year old was able to squeeze his entire body through the railing. Do not recommend if your group has small children. However! For just adults, this is a great house. Very affordable. Beautiful scenery. Lots of fun things to do on the lake. And the property manager was very kind and helpful.

Nice Christmas Retreat!

We had a great time at your property. We were able to walk out the bedroom to the field and to the putt-putt golf, shuffle board, basketball area and the other amenities. I'm bummed we didn't take more advantage of the other things, fishing, fire pit, etc. I really appreciated everything that we didn't know we needed to be there. The only thing that happened that was unexpected was we threw a breaker when we had too many things plugged in at the same time, I made a call and Roger was there in literally 5 minutes. He was super friendly and was in and out without any fuss! We also really liked that it was decorated for the holidays, so it was really nice and cozy feeling.

So Much to Do!

There are so many amenities to keep everyone busy but with a peaceful environment for those who want to relax. My group stayed in one of the cottages, it’s obvious that they are the oldest & our showing their age. Next time we will stay in Villa or chalet.

Family Vacation

We stayed with our kids and parents, and we absolutely loved the activities and property! The pools were beautiful, and this part of the lake was calm and quiet. We also rented a boat while we were there. Picking it up at the dock on the property was convenient and let us get right into our day on the water.

Amazing plus amenities galore!

This place was amazing! There was plenty of space for our family of 7 and we had a great view of the backyard activities of golf, horseshoes, volleyball, the playground, etc. The dock amenities were also great and the kids had a wonderful time paddle boarding! We would absolutely recommend this place and will definitely return!

We loved it!

We came from Tennessee and met my sister’s family from Oklahoma. We stayed in cottage #2 and it was the perfect amount of space for our two families. The weather was beautiful for December, and we all enjoyed the free outdoor activities. The cottage was clean and decorated for the holidays. Lots of necessities were provided like dish tabs, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, bath gel, dish soap etc. The kitchen was well equipped, but when we needed an extra pot for our large crew, we called Roger and he brought us one to the cottage! The only slight negative was that it was farther up the mountain than we anticipated and getting to a store or anything was not quick or convenient. It was about 45 minutes into Branson, but we only drove there one day because there was plenty of free activities to do on site and football to watch. We hope to come back and gather together there again in the future...hopefully in the spring or summer when we can enjoy the water too!

Fall Break VACATION

Loved the house and all the activities. Two minor concerns, I read that the house is 30-35 minutes from Branson, not so, took us 45 to 50 minutes. My other concern was that there is a musty smell to the house, a dehumidifier could take care of that problem. Still loved all the activities (mini golf, shuffle board, horse shoes, beautiful pool and hot tub) available. The husband and wife caretakers were so nice and responsive!

My family just returned and the place was just beautiful. There was so much to do from the young up to this middle aged lady. We made many great memories! Everyone enjoyed it very much :)

To far out

The house was nice but very far from everything. Food gas etc need to have everything before u settle in no running to town there’s not one! The house wasn’t as clean as it should have been, the tv had fingers prints from small children. Dusty the floor was uneven some tile taller then other food partials were in between tiles setting at table you could see dirt under refrig. We spent an hour cleaning grill before we could use. Rules confusing one form said leave bedding on for your deposit return then the other said take off . Some light bulbs out. When rained we kept wiping water up that came in from side door. We were under the assumption that it was only 20 min to Branson it was a 50 min drive one way, The are beautiful very strict I won’t come back to this house

This Customer left this less than favorable review because she damaged our property. She admits to the damage but has not paid for it. I’m glad that she at least acknowledges that the property is beautiful as 99% of our other guests do. Complete exaggeration on cleaning issues. Why didn’t she bring this up to our attention when she arrived at the cottage? We would have gladly fixed any issue if so. Please look at all our other great reviews for honest feedback.

Perfect Family Getaway

What a lovely place! We had a wonderful family getaway! Our cottage was spacious and accommodating for our group of 9. The property was perfectly set up with entertainment for all. It's lakeside feel was so relaxing and fun at the same time. The best part is that everyone staying was friendly. We felt as if we weren't rushed and could let our children play and have fun with out worry. Every place was booked while we were there yet we never felt crowded! We look forward to coming back in the future.

Family Vacation at The Chalets on Tabe Rock Lake

This was our first vacation at the Chalets on Table Rock Lake. We were very impressed with the family friendly environment. We rented Cottage #4 for our extended family of 9, which included 3 grandsons ages 6, 4, and 1. The cottage was comfortable and well equipped with all our needs. The manager welcomed us on our arrival, informing us of all the activities and amenities planned for the week. We also rented a pontoon for the week which we enjoyed. There was so much for our two older grandsons to do at the resort, we left the resort only to pick up groceries. We will definitely plan another vacation there and have already recommended it to our friends.

Chalets on Table Rock Lake

Our entire family was able to stay in the 5 bedroom Cottage for a week. We had a wonderful time at the Chalets. Besides the lake being close, there were 2 beautiful swimming pools for our use. Also a wonderful minature golf course, sand volleyball and a small zip line. We would highly recommend this for your family.
