884 Square Foot Junior Suite.Units overlook the beauty of Medano Beach, which is the heart of Cabo. Across Cabo bay you will be able to see the famous Land's End rock formation. Home of the famous Arch and where the Sea of Cortez meets the Pacific Ocean. The courtyard with pools and hot tub and on property restaurant are also in view from balcony. Ocean view suite with one king size bed, living and dining areas. Pull out sofa bed, bathroom and shower bathtub, stocked kitchenette with eating utensils and dishware for eating in and cooking. Large furnished terrace. Flat screen TV in bedroom area and sofa area. iPod dock and clock radio and high speed internet access. Take a 5 to 10 minute walk to the marina or down town Cabo San Lucas for virtually any cuisine that meets your pallet. As well as the famous night life for a night out. Just steps away from the famous Office restaurant on the beach and Mango Deck beach bar! Also new establishments opening up every month!
NOTE: Typical reservation are usually for 7 day stay usually a Friday to a Friday. Less than 7 days is possible, however the weekly rate will be assessed accordingly. This is a very popular and beautiful area and usually fills up fast. This is usually true around whale watching season (late fall to early spring). Plan ahead for 2018!

Hello and welcome to my listing. I was born and grew up in the southwestern part of the US. A native of Arizona and lover of the desert and her wonderful weather we have year round. Though I've traveled to colder climates throughout my life, I still enjoy coming home to my beautiful sunsets and layed back way of life!

In addition to the desert, I fell in love with our friendly neighbors to our south. I feel they have the best food, culture and beaches. Especially the Sea of Cortez, which combines majesty of the ocean and the picture perfect colors of the desert. The Los Cabos area its won culture. A mixture of traditional Mexican culture shared by virtually every state in the country. This includes the various foods, celebrations, did I mention food? Plus the weather is near perfect all year round! I fell in love with the area several years ago and discovered there is so much to do in terms of history, desert activities and of course all the fun things that can have in the water i.e. parasailing , boating, fishing , or just lay back and get a nice tan with a cold drink in hand.! All this I wanted to share with others and so I listed my time share for the opportunity to do so.
