We throughly enjoyed our stay at Paglia Tre. There was a little welcome care package with some goodies. A very nice touch. House had pretty much everything we needed for cooking just missing a peeler. Within walking distance to most attractions. We pretty much parked our car and walked everywhere. Just an fyi if you have difficulty with stairs there is no elevator, which we knew in advance. Another thing is there can be a bit of noise in the evenings, especially if you leave the window open. Highly recommend staying here.

We enjoyed our week in Paglia tre immensely. The location was perfect for us. It is in a calm, attractive neighborhood close enough to the bustling center, but far enough away from the tourist zone.We were lucky to find Eleanora's beautiful, spacious and extremely clean apartment. Eleanora herself was as kind and helpful as others have described,

Elenora is a wonderful hostess. Paglia Tre is a very nice apartment and perfect for 2 couples. It is very comfortable and nicely furnished. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms well appointed. Elenora has taken obvious pride in ownership and this is reflected in the attention to detail and to the cleanliness of the apartment. The location is very good for exploring Bologna on foot. Thanks Elenora!

Nice accommodation. Our beds were comfortable, facilities all worked well. Bakery and best(?!) ice cream shop very local: D’Azeglio. Also several restaurants just a round a corner or two. Don’t forget to add tourist tax to the cost, you’ll need to leave cash for that as you leave. We found parking close-by but outside of the central controlled traffic zone, payable (and rechargable) via EasyPark at Corona Semicentrale.

Great Apartment in Local Neighborhood

The apartment is perfectly located close enough to the tourist area but you still have all the local places to eat and see. Apartment is very nice and one of only a few with 2 bathrooms. Would highly recommend.

Stay in Bologna

Great host. Lovely flat. Good location close to center. As the bedroom doesn't have AC a fan would be great to move the air around. Was a little warm.

Paglia Tre Perfect

Very much enjoyed staying here during a family trip to Bologna! We were visiting the first time from the USA. The apartment was clean and well furnished, with plenty of room for a family. The location was ideal, a short walk from the city center. Communications with the property manager were quick and convenient - very good!

Last Leg

It was a very good quiet location. Piazza Maggiori was very close with so much history. A food market and a very good coffee bar are close by. Inside is great too with the washing machine and two AC units. The skylights in the bathrooms are nice also. Will be back.
